We absolutely LOVE this hotel - the room was gorgeous, the bed was plush, the shower was divine (and fun), and the sauna was extra hot. The staff are also incredibly helpful, especially Chiara, who is so, so sweet and was able to quickly solve a problem we had with a double booking issue. We would love to stay here again!

Just the steam room, which was underwhelming and cold. However, the sauna was incredible and one of the best I’ve been in. Everything else was perfect!

Great location for public transport options to see lots of the highlights of Vienna. The room was very comfortable and large for a single room.... very comfortable bed and a great bathroom and shower. The bathroom toiletries and other items supplied were perfect! Aircon worked well to cool the room on some hot days. An excellent range of options for breakfast, and I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant on 2 evenings... chef and wait staff there to be commended!

I opted for the 'green' choice of making up my room every 2nd day when I checked in, and indicated I was happy to reuse the towels by hanging them up. However, the staff serviced the room on all except one day of my 5 night stay, and I ended up with a total of 4 towel changes. The cleaning staff need to be educated clearly regarding the options we are given and what is meant when we hang up the towels etc... otherwise the hotel policy is not carrying through to potential envinmental outcomes! Apart from that, everything about my stay was excellent!

The bed was very comfortable and cosy, the quality of the room was excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend.

The shower being in the room was too much for my taste.

The location was brilliant. Perfect for east access to the sights and shopping. The staff could not have been more helpful. The biggest shout out goes to Sebastian who was running the bar and restaurant. He could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. We felt very well looked after!

The cleaners could have had a little more attention to detail - for example, not replacing clean cups, requesting towels and only really getting them sporadically. My parents didn’t have hand towels and eventually had to help themselves from the cleaner’s trolley.

Well located hotel with very comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Big large smart TV. Robes provided. The shower was fantastic pressure and temperature control however a bit weird you are fully exposed! Luckily my I’ve been with my partner long enough but could be awkward in another situation. Nice cold water at reception and gym available.

Housekeeping cleaned the room but I noticed they didn’t change our sheets but simply remade the bed. I think this might be part of the culture as the Viennese are extremely environmental and keen to prevent wastage. Not a big issue just something I noticed.

After 2 weeks of traveling and a very long train ride from Florence to Vienna, Flemings Hotel Wien was a pleasant respite. I only intended to stay for 2 nights but I simply had to extend! The room was so much better than I expected: the bed and pillows were comfortable, the TV had a huge amount of available channels, room was well lit--I simply have no complaints! I also liked the room service especially the Wiener Schnitzel. A must have in Vienna and surprisingly had one of the best versions in this hotel.

I'm on the fence about the staff hospitality. On one hand, I had the most pleasant experience with most staff, but there was one man from the front desk who could be a little nicer. I remember calling room service multiple times but the line does not go through, so I asked front desk but he just said they might be busy and I should call again (in a very dismissive tone). The other time I had to call front desk for room service they transferred me right away with no issues. I think there might be a mistake as to the room service speed dial button as it never goes through--I hope something the hotel management looks into.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and they left us a note with some sweets. It was a very nice touch and not something we received during most other stays on our trip. The room was very large, very comfortable, and very clean. The location is close to many museums and transportation options. We would stay here again.

We knew the shower was in the middle of the room which is fine but there was nowhere to put any of your own items. A small soap shelf will not cut it. I do not like having to put my products on the ground, it's awkward. Additionally, guests have to retrieve hot water and ice from the bar but the bartender was very overwhelmed every time we did so.

Exceptional breakfast, room design, comfortable bed, curtains to completely darken the room, really nice and helpful staff, location, Wellness area.

Almost nothing worth mentioning, but one thing: charging 25 euros per night for a dog. This is by far the highest fee we as dog owners have ever experienced. Especially as they (what I would usually appreciate for sustainability) would normally only clean the room every second day... Other hotels, guesthouses etc. would charge way less, or even (which seems like the option that makes most sense) only a one-time fee for one extra thorough final cleanup...

We loved the design of the place very modern. For a bare bibes facility it was clean and comfortable and professional.6v

We would have preferred separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash rather than all-in-one. Not providing face cloths might be more common in Europe but we missed having them. An airport shuttle would be nice. We were advised by the hotel clerk that there was a fixed rate of 36€. The cabbie scoffed and told us that was an old price. He charged 60...or 50 if we paid cash. We were en route and he said he could take us back if we didn't want to pay that much. We were too tired at 4 in the morning to call his bluff. Not sure what he would have done if we did.

The location was excellent. The tram station was opposite the hotel for going into the city centre and about 2 min walk when you return. The actual neighbourhood was close to the city hall and parliament. The facilities in the hotel and room were great. They also had a nice touch with their messaging. The restaurant on site was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The only thing I didn’t like is that they clean rooms every other day due to being eco-friendly. They do give you an option to submit a card to reception and request a clean but I forgot as I had a busy day and came back to a dirty room
