The location was just perfect, walking distance/ close to bus/tram options to the city center and all the museums!! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options!!! The 24h availability of the staff was really appreciated, especially when my flight was cancelled and I needed their support. All staff from the lobby to the breakfast ladies were great!

The internet connection was not stable at all and the signal quality was bad, at least in my room, so I had to use my data constantly. It is also important to offer a variety of TV channels, especially since the room price is so high.There should be channels in other languages, especially since all programs/movies are doubled in Austria.

Nice location, not far from center. Having of parking places. Room is very comfortable and extremely spacious with high ceilings. Furniture is simple and not old. The clever decision is to make separate rooms for shower and toilet. It is really very convenient for the rest after walking and traveling. The staff is extremely polite and ready for assistance.

Very small room for breakfast. When we came at first time, all tables were complete, so we have had to wait for a 30 min and made the second round. Breakfast is very simple, with limited variety of dishes, no deserts.

central location. excellent room with garden view and private balcony. the room was large, with excellent lighting all around. hotel reception staff : Alexander, Hilde and Claudia, extremely helpful. answered all our queries and we got excellent restaurant suggestions from them. thank you . the room service (cleaning) was good and prompt. they had a folding table for one's suitcase. the dining room lady was energy on two legs: worked full speed cleaning up tables etc.

breakfast: quality of the scrambled eggs: too clotted and seemed tasteless. needed variety of hot food. a strange smell in bathroom if the fan was not kept on : presumably from the old city gutters.

Perfect location - close to tram stop, but also easy walking distance to the Ringstrasse and all the attractions there. Lots of cafes, shops, restaurants nearby. Lovely very quiet room at the back overlooking the beautiful gardens, with a huge balcony. Bathroom large, modern and with super shower. Comfy bed. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice. Helpful informative reception staff.

Would have liked a second pillow - but probably could have asked at reception for one.

Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Great breakfast and nice staff. Many supermarkets, restaurants and public transport stops nearby.

One room had separate toilet and bathroom which was uncomfortable. Sink was partly clogged and water flow from tap was poor. Wifi was poor. Double windows were not enough to isolate street noise which wasn't bad although. Rooms had old physical keys and they were left to reception if you gone out. Location was bit off from the city center.

The staff at Hotel Zipser were really helpful and knowledgeable. It is in a fabulous location - walking distance to all the major sights. What is really nice is the rooms have big balconies and trees in the back courtyard so that when you return after sightseeing all day it is a haven of calm and tranquillity. Inside the decor is modern, stylish with lovely high ceilings. A really good place to stay.

The bedroom was a good size, it felt a little dated but was very clean and comfortable although i found the bed to be a little firm for my liking. The bathroom however was fabulous very warm with heated radiator and good shower, it looked like it had been modernized which was a little different to the bedroom area. The Balcony area would be nice in the summer to sit out although i think it was shared with other rooms on the same level. The hotel was in a nice location with plenty of nice restaurants to choose from.

Great hotel located on a very quiet street, just minutes away from the centre! The area surrounding the hotel has some great little restaurants (Rosnovsky und co, was our favourite) and it felt great to be able to walk into the centre after dinner for a small stroll without having to rely on public traportation (although it is only 10 minutes away from the Volkstheater metro station, which connects directly to the city airport train). The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was surprisingly good given the rate. Staff was friendly and effecient, there was a lady (sadly I did not remember to ask her name), who was very helpful and even booked us a table at restaurant we had been trying to go to for three days with no luck! To sum up our experience this is a simple, comfortable, well located and well priced hotel, which I would recommend to anyone visting Vienna!

Very clean and comfort rooms with all the facilities we needed. Polite and helpfull staff from the reception, breakfast to cleaners. The hotel is located in a very quiet area in the center, 20 minutes walking distance from the St Stefan square.

We stay for 2 nights the hotel face a problem with wifi connection and we did not manage to connect. . Even the staff could not help us, however they tried.

We had the room with balcony and it was wonderfull, if coming back in spring-fall time we will enjoy it much more! The room is very nice, new, comfy and very clean. We also loved breakfast. Hotel is in very good, centrical location, we were using public transportation very easily. We will be back when coming to Wiena again.

The hotel building looks very old inside on the hall, reception etc. But it was not as minus for us because of the rest was excellent.
