Staff is very kind and helpful. Close to metro and to tram stations. Quiet neighbourhood and clean rooms with big and comfortable beds. Bathroom is very clean, huge mirror. Many restaurants in the area and there is possibility to park a car on good rate. Weekends are free of charge for park a car. Breakfast is fresh and tasty, bread, cakes and coffee are the best.

The see through bathroom can be a little embarrassing. Advantage is you don't have to turn on the light and it's bright enough. Shelves instead of wardrobe.

The location is excellent for public transport, near Praterstern station, tram stations but also close to Auggarten and the Karmelitermarkt (a bit calmer then the tourism busy inner city and really nice to explore if you are staying for more than a night). The single rooms are perfect for travelling alone, everything was very clean. The facilities come with old/established/traditional hotel vibes but felt thoroughly modernized. The staff is super friendly and I really like that they aim to preserve some traditional hotel charm by handing you the keys every time you return to the hotel. Makes you feel appreciated as a guest. The selection at breakfast is varied with all continental options you would expect. I really liked the bread and pastries and found it thoughtful that they also had some cereal bars to take with you for the day.

In case you are looking for a really nice outdoor seating area or a spacious lobby area within the hotel, you should probably look for a different place. (There is a small hotel bar and some outdoor seats next on a terrace platform near the front entrance facing a not too busy street.) You might also be disappointed if you are not used to managing summer temperatures without AC. (For me it worked perfectly fine to close the curtains during the day and open the window during the night to cool the room down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. But if you are very noise sensitive or just very used to AC climatized indoor areas this might not be for you. Temperatures outside were around 30°C during the day during my stay.)

The staff was very friendly. Every single person of staff I had the pleasure of meeting was friendly and welcoming, and had a good understanding of the English language, so communicating any comments or questions was not an issue. The hotel has a 24/7 reception, with the receptionist also running a small bar exclusive to hotel guest. Having a nightcap there was a serene, relaxing experience. I had the impression the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Everything was spotless and ready for my stay. All the facilities, both in the room and in the bathroom, worked as intended. The breakfast really blew me away. It was very extensive, had a multitude of traditional Austrian and continental options and their fruit juices were not even watered down! It really is worth getting in my opinion, I left the breakfast well-fed every morning, after having a filling meal and a kind greeting by the staff!

It was kinda weird that the bathroom and bedroom were in the same room, with not much seperation or extra ventilation. This did not hinder my stay in any way, though. The prices in the hotel bar were a little high, but then again they are everywhere. That's just a Vienna thing. And the service was on point, so it is quite alright.

Good location less than five minutes walk to both Praterstern transport hub, and Taborstrasse tram stop. Very friendly and helpful staff - special mention to Ingo at reception. Several restaurants and cafes within five minutes walk too, and a Lidl supermarket just around the corner. And by far the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a small/medium sized hotel (and I have stayed in many): a huge number of choices including ten different platters of hams/salamis and even a couple of bottles of sparkling wine! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Vienna.

The room is small, but clean and cozy, there are tea and coffee capsules in a basket on the table. Unfortunately, some work began in the kitchen on the floor below at 6 am, but it was enough to close the window and there were no noise problems. The reception staff are very polite and pleasant, and the breakfast is outstanding.

The glass wall and door to the toilet in our room are located approximately opposite the bed. If you're traveling as a couple, this could be a new step in your relationship (on the other hand, you can always wait downstairs at the bar).

The location was good, close enough to city centre to easily walk but far enough away for some peace and quiet. easy walk from station with direct train from airport. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, always remembered our room number. The Gent (we never got his name) on reception each evening was especially nice, friendly and made us feel so welcome. room was very clean, all the essentials were there and worked well. We had requested a room with a bath and this was confirmed before arrival. When we arrived we were delighted to learn that we had been upgraded to a larger room to ensure we had a bath which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was delicious and so much better than the bland food you get at chain hotels, smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, hot and cold food all prepared and presented really nicely.

Definitely the location because the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Prater station. The rooms are neat and clean. The mattress is great for sleeping and the bedding is pleasant. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The reception is open 24/7 which is ok because you can have a drink or coffee whenever you want.

Although I knew there was no air conditioning in the rooms, I was surprised how hot it could be and the two small fans you get are not enough to cool it down. So if you come in the summer, be prepared for the rooms to be warm.

The parking place is really neat and off the street. You pay extra for it but it was definitely worth it. The staff was really nice, the breakfast had enough options you could choose from, overall the experience was really good.

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and by the time you're done visiting around the nearby shops might already be closed. There isn't much of a view, but that shouldn't be an issue. An upgrade to a keyless entry to the rooms would be great. Otherwise you have to keep locking your door with the key and give it back at the reception when you leave the room.

The hotel was beautiful and clean and I can’t even explain how amazing everyone that worked there was. The breakfast was delicious and you had a variety of foods to choose from. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was always perfect when we came back. If you arrive before check-in or you leave later than you check-out time you came leave your luggage in the hotel which really saved us. Thanks to everyone that made our trip so amazing!

There wasn’t a thing that I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was very clean, the room was a good size and the staff were very friendly. There was an excellent choice at breakfast & everything was very fresh & well presented. It was extremely easy to get to the hotel from the airport by catching the S7 to Praterstern & then a 7 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is situated on a very quiet street & is about a 15 minute walk to the centre. we would definitely recommend this hotel.
