Centrally located, spacious rooms and nice breakfast.

1. The clothes hanger dryer works only in winters and not otherwise and it's a necessity when travelling for a long duration so the hotel needs to do something about it. 2. Breakfast could do with a variety....it was same for the 5 days we stayed.

Private parking garage just front of the hotel (25 EUR/day). Restaurants and shops nerby. Big walk-in shower, shelves in the bathroom for your toiletries. Other quests were surprisingly quiet so we could sleep all night. Breakfast: meat dishes and sweet pastries were very good. Overall the breakfast was good with quite wide selection.

Small room, practically no space around the bed, uncomfortable for longer stay. Room was not clean enough, dust and hair everywhere, the room and furniture were outdated. Pillows are too soft and flat but the mattress is comfortable. Size and condition of the room rather 3star. Breakfast: pre-made omlette was horrible, coffee could be better.

The hotel is new/newly renovated and the entire structure is clean and well kept. The rooms are also clean and confortable with a nice clean bathroom. At my booking time the price for my room was very competitive respect other hotels. Breakfast has a big offering and it should welcome the need of most of the people. Position is also very good: it is in a quite zone at around 10 minute walk from the center. It is a pleasent walk.

Nothing. All perfect. If I'm forced to be very very picky... just the breakfast staff, constantly observing me whenever I was standing up taking a coffe from the coffe machine or food. They for sure do their work, but a more discrete way would help. But again, hotel is great and this is really a minor, minor issue.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was perfect, clean and a good size. Good mini bar if you want to use it. The location was good for us, as it was away from the really busy area, but a short walk to get to a lively part of the city near the river and beyond. Overall no surprises from what I booked. The parking was secure although getting to it meant going to a different building in a different street 5min walk away. The use of the iron at a specific location in the hotel was good to use.

Air-con, that's debatable, it's more like the heating on its coolest setting, not air-conditioning from my experience. But it was also 34 degrees Celsius outside when we were there so it's probably fine most other times. Breakfast is 24 euro pp, very expensive. Also the parking is also expensive I think 26 euro per day. But again I new this when I booked.

Our room was located in a very beautiful building. The ceiling was very tall and felt comfortable. The room was spacious. There was a nice cot available for the baby and a separate bed for our 4-year-old child. It was very child-friendly. The bar downstairs was very cozy. It is close to the Prater and two metro stations, U1 and U2. There is also a park nearby. I liked the coffee machine in the room very much. The service desk was very friendly.

I liked the breakfast in general. However, it feels a bit boring if it's the same every day. There weren't many nice restaurants around. There was no hair comb available. One may feel the surroundings are too quiet.

The hotel is well located, close to two subway lines and tram stops, it has a bus stop right in front of the entrance. The room is not very big, but it was ok for a few nights. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom. They provided us umbrellas since it rained everyday during our stay. You can also walk to Prater (about 15 min), which was very nice.

I tried to get coffee at the hotel bar/restaurant two times, both in the afternoon, and the receptionist told me I had to wait 15-20 min for their colleague to come serve at the bar. I gave up both times since I didn’t wanna wait, so I asked about room service and they charge an extra 4 euro fee.

Very close to the city center, just one turn and straight to the old town. Also very close to the Prater amusement park, which is what we went there for 😀 The hotel was clean and comfy. Staff was nice. We arrived a bit earlier, but could store our baggade there. Loved the hotel from the outside too, so beautiful. And the street was very quiet, seemed like a decent neighbourhood to us 🙂 We did not choose to have breakfast there as there are so many cafes nearby we wanted to try. But did love that we could have our first cup of coffee in the room, using the water boiler and instant coffee provided by the hotel.

It is a well-located accomodation, just 5minutes from metro, tram stops, 10-15 minutes away from centre by metro, very convenient. Breakfast was well served, the room was clean and warm.

My room was on the top floor, that’s why part of the ceiling was low because of mansard roof. It made my room smaller than in the pictures and darker. I thought it was bigger and brighter room, but because of the roof it was not. I told the stuff about it, they were kind enough to offer change, but as I already unpacked I didn’t want to move to the other room again.

The building and room were great. Clean, great location, and breakfast was available till 10:30 and had many options whether you’d like to go big or small. Coffee was good and the water tasted good too. We got an unexpected upgrade to a suite with a balcony which was a nice touch. Very easy to get to from the metro station and the neighborhood was lively, but felt very safe. Staff was friendly and available. A great start to our trip.

The elevator was a little small. Two of us with our stuff filled it up.

The room was spotless , the cleanest I have seen for years , and with great attention to details. It also had a bathroom and a WC, which was a great addition They also offer complimentary water and nespresso capsules everyday . The bed was really comfortable and the linen were soft and fresh , everyday .The staff was kind (some of them , with Austrian manners 😉) and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated on a quiet area , with a lot of nice restaurants , cafes and shops on 1km radius.

The lobby and the elevator, the staircases and the corridors could use a stylish renovation . While the room was brand new , the hotel loses points from the common spaces . The breakfast needed some love and it should be richer , we had the same things every day ,anyway , they were fresh .
