Located close to undreground and train station, easy to get to the centre. 5 minutes walking distance from Prater entertainment park. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Hotel has good vibe, modern and interesting interior design, full self-service at check-in and check-out, yet friendly and personal assistance by staff available easily. Good breakfast.

The room does not have a separate bathroom, but has shower cabin, and toilet as separate rooms. It is weird that the washbasin is located in the entry, so after getting out of shower you step into the room and have all the water from your body on the entrance floor. Neither had the shower cabin hanging rack to hang at least your towel inside the shower cabin. The clothes rack and shelves were next to the basin. The room was too warm for us, but the air conditioner did not cool the room down to the level we set. Seemed that the automatics switched off the ac as soon as we left the room and when we got back, the room was hot again.

No wardrobe, no minibar (fridge) in the room, no place to hang your wet towels, no internal phone to call the reception if your drunk neighbour is noisier than he should be. The breakfast wasnt very fine (cold scrambled eggs, cooked bacon tasted brr..)

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty.

The configuration of the room was a bit strange for us. There is no bathroom, instead there is a closet for the toilet, then the sink is in the room itself, close to the door, and the shower is also a separate closet, with a glass door. There is not much privacy and not much practicality. So if you go and stay with another person, you better be dating them, otherwise your stay will have awkward moments. The controls for the lights and air conditioning are touch sensitive and not really intuitive, we struggled to set a desired temperature and to turn on certain lights. It's fancy but just not practical at all.

It was close to a tram station and the room was big and spacious. My room had a small balcony where I could relax with a cup of tea. The bed was big with a matrass that was more on the hard side, but it was comfortable enough for me. I really liked the coffee and tea amenities.

The sheets of the bed had some questionable stains on them, the matrass beneath the big sheet was quite dirty. There were blonde hairs everywhere from the previous guests (not mine since I have dark hair). Toilet paper was not refilled. The AC at night was quite loud, it was very hot without the AC on, but with earbuds it was doable.

The accomodation is outside from the city center just 30 minutes away from it. It has all the comforts for a perfect room, even the hairdryer. The building is quiet at every hour of the night and there is air conditioning. The hall and -1 floor have a lot of seats and couches were you can chill and have a drink. There are also many entertainments like ping-pong table, a slide and pool table.

The room was clean but in a superficial way. Everyday they change our towels. However, they took our face towels and left us with only shower towels one day; and when we asked to have both face and shower towels for the next day, they left us with our face towels for the day before plus two shower carpets as additional towels.

We enjoyed the breakfast, comfy beds, workspaces, fitness room and laundry at The Social Hub. There are plenty of options at breakfast and we enjoyed the fresh croissants. The wild decor was fun to explore. The various workspaces were perfect for a week of remote work in Vienna. We walked daily into the old town center for activities and meals. We also enjoyed a few snacks and happy hour at The Social Hub's cafe. The laundry was super convenient and most welcome after living out of our backpacks for a few weeks.

We were disappointed the room did not include a small fridge. On the whole, the staff was not very friendly. They weren't rude, they just didn't seem to pay any attention to guests at all. We found that odd. (We stayed here for a week.)

We liked that there are things you can do inside the hotel if want to. We could play pool, table tennis, table football and we didn't play with it but there were playstation consoles as well. The staff was friendly, helped with anything. The self check in and check out process was easy to use as well.

The room was quite dusty. If you are allergic it might be a problem. Also the AC is somehow connected to a motion sensor and it switches off if it doesn't detect movement for a while. It was a bit bad at night when we were sleeping that it switched off as it was in the middle of the summer.

Really handy location right by a tram stop and only a 5 minute walk from the underground. There was also a park close by which was lovely to go for a morning run in. I liked the self service check in, it was very efficient. The room was really big and stylishly decorated. The bed was comfy and being able to check out until 12 as standard was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again in Vienna. There were lots of communal facilities such as a laundrette, ping pong tables, places to sit and work. We didn't use these on this stay but they would have been super handy on a longer stay.

Loved everything. The layout, the design, how close it was to a big train/underground station. This place is perfect for anyone and everyone I think. If you are looking to do some work while away, there are tons of working spaces. Also some ping pong tables and PlayStation to have fun! The selection for breakfast was great as well. Our room was spacious and had a balcony facing the city of Vienna and the view was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the whole vibe of the Social Hub and will be visiting again for sure!
