The location is in one of the main streets of Vienna, not the most touristy place, but with connections close by to pretty much everywhere. The staff is nice and was very helpful. The room was clean. There was soap and moisturizer. They offered a bottle of water, coffee and tea. The temperature was OK.

The room was not that big, the door of the bathroom would hit the toilet seat, you couldn't move inside the room. The bed would sag on side you can enter from. The other side would be better, since it is less used. They asked me directly for my credit card number as a deposit. This is a big no no, since that's how you lose credit cards. The breakfast was very limited, but I suppose there weren't that many people staying, so there is no point in oversupplying.

Good location,nice staff on reception and great staff on breakfast too ! Good value for money . In room we have coffe and water on arrival . Only thing i didnt like :i was asking maid for 1 more coffee, she told me that for coffee i have to go to restaurant .not problem to pay for one piece of 2in1 coffe but whe was rude and not nice . Also bathroom was not clean !

Modern, clean, freshly renovated room, enjoyed the good location, friendly staff as well having the room on a higher floor and oriented towards a side street, instead of the noisier Taborstrasse with a tram line

We have already stayed a while ago in Hotel Florum, having experienced the feeling of a four star hotel with a nice and spacious room, this time however, even though the room was new and clean it was much smaller and simpler decorated, the standard of the bathroom was also quite basic, however everything was functional and clean.

Location is a plus, plenty of shops, groceries and restaurants in the vicinity. . staff is attentive and friendly. the bed was quite comfortable.

my room was facing a noisy street and sound isolation was not ideal. EUR 150 deposit (although not a big deal) should be clearly mentioned in the booking.com description. Checking the minibar in response to my negative statement that nothing from mini-bar was consumed was rather unnecessary and slightly offensive, but I do not blame the reception folks - they are following the protocols. Trusting the clients is always nice and if someone is so cheap to eat peanuts and not report it to you upon check-out, you can always charge his/her card post-factum.

The room was very nice and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious also kettle, tea, coffee and water. The beds were comfy plenty of space for your clothes and bags. Breakfast is optional extra at €10 each and is definitely worth it with hot breakfast pastries fruit meat and juices. Location also great 15 minute walk from the centre and 10 minute walk from prater and the local area has bars and restaurants and shops so would recommend for a couple or a few friends.

When checking out no one was at the reception for me to check out so had to just leave keys on the desk and ring them to say I’m checking out.

Very nice staff, helpful. The breakfast was small, but had everything you could wish for And was delicious.The room was nice and comfortable, location was perfect from the airport with S7 20 minutes and from the stop to the hotel 10 minutes. The hotel is also right next to the old town, 10 minute walk and you can see all of the endless tourist attractions by just walking, but also you can still sleep because there is not much noise from the outside.

They don’t offer rooms with air conditioning, was a bit difficult because it was hot, but they had a fan, and if you, like me, are ready for it before your stay, it won’t be a problem.

The room was really nice and big. The bathroom was clean and huge. The room was really warm and the beds comfortable. I read some comments about the bathroom but it was nothing like what we expected. It was big, clean and had everything we needed. Everyday we had clean towels. The receptionists were really helpful and cheerful. The location was incredible. We used the subway only because it was raining. Stephansplatz was 15 minutes away on foot. The area was really quiet at night.

They asked for my credit card number for insurance. This is the first time someone asked me that. At first I was not sure if I wanted to give them my credit card number but thankfully they did not charge me anything. Also for this price I expected breakfast included but it was 15€ each person which is quite expensive.

Everything was OK. The room is big enough, clean. The hot water and the room temperature was perfect. Breakfast ok, tasty, not too many options, but enough, it's easier to choose and can reduce food waste :) In the room you can find a small bottle of water and a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. Within walking distance of the metro and bus, it is about a 15-minute walk to the center.

At the arrival, at check in, they requested a 50 euro deposit. I searched for this info on their booking page, but didn't find it. It's possible that's standard, it's not a big amount, but we didn't knew that and I think that this information should appear somewhere, so that you can plan your trip accordingly.

The location is really amazing! You should consider as the bus departs for airport just couple of minutes away, by foot and it is just as that close to center of the town. Very safe and calm area. The room is pretty clean with nice and clean sheets. Comfortable bed.

They have 2 sections. First section is 1 star hotel and other is 4 star hotel, so well... 4 star hotel is just a little bit renovated with old bathtub and old floorings but just like new bed and sheets. It is really empty, saying I should ask for slippers if I need and they bring or If I need toothbrush and you know these freebies (these stuff should be in the room) Horrible views from rooms (not important for me)
