good location, clean rooms fantastic breakfast!

THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS FOR THE PRICE WE PAID. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL (RECEPTION, DINING, RESTAURANT, ROOM SERVICE). THE ROOM WAS BIG FOR 3 PEOPLE, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN. THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. IT HAS VARIOUS CUISINES. THE LOCATION WAS GOOD. VERY NEAR THE METRO, AND JUST A 5-MINUTE WALK TO SCHONBOON PALACE, A FAMOUS TOURIST PLACE. SO FAR, EVERYHTING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS VERY GOOD. I WILL CHOOSE THIS HOTEL AGAIN WHEN I VISIT VIENNA, AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES

The hotel is at walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace and it is very well located for reaching the city center by metro (aprox. 15 min), by car a little longer especially during the rush hours. The staff is very helpful with any kind of information about city, restaurants, taxi booking etc, reception is opened 24/24. The family rooms at the last floor are very comfortable for families and are looking better in reality than in booking.com pictures. Breakfast is good, it includes the main items for a buffet breakfast... not very diversified; for me it seems a little bit expensive (I don't know ... it can be a normal price for a breakfast in Vienna as well := ) ). Parking is safe, it is possible in the interior court of the hotel and hotel has a garage and a small gym, too.

Wonderful hotel with friendly personall. Receptionist met as with a smile. The room was clean and tidy. Kettle, hair dryer, free coffee and tea, large TV with many channels, soft bed - everything was great! In the bathroom expensive high-quality shampoos and creams. Sost and fluffy towels. The bath in our room was just superb. After long city walks - all what you need. Special thanks for the breakfast - varied and very tasty. Vegetables, fruits, variable hot meals - we were delighted. The restaurant area is very cozy and quiet. The location of the hotel is great - a couple of minutes to the subway. Very comfortable. The area is calm and beautiful. It is safe to return at night. Many thanks to your hotel and staff! Will return, I hope =)

Location, 10 minutes walk to the entrance of the Palace, parking is right there in their garage, room was nice, clean and comfortable - it had everything you need (keetle, coffees, teas, milk and sugar, hair dryer). Big tv is nice plus for me who had to wait in the room so the baby takes her afternoon nap. We were with a baby, they prepared crib for us and everything. We ordered pizza in the evening which was prepared in hotel' s bar. All in all perfect!! And the price was good comparing to others.

18 Euro for a breakfast is little too much for me who only drinks coffee in the morning and maybe eats a croissant but ok. Everything else was perfect so okay.

Nice hotel, indeed a quality one. You have Schonbrunn palace at your doorstep of course! The rooms are quite spacious, the bathroom is amazing and clean plus the beds are extremely comfortable and the heat is satisfactory. One of the thing you dont find oftem in hotels is that is really sound-proofed and even we stayed at the 1st hotel next to the street, noise was non existent apart from some times we could hear the tube/train. Staff was really welcoming and the area around is not bad as well, you can find plenty of little restaurants/cafes, super market and there is a very lovely canteen next to the Schonbrunn u-bahn station, you should try if you prefer street food for a change.

There was a problem with the door fob entering the room and I had to get down to reception quite a few times from the 5th floor... Eventually the staff changed us to a different room but in the 1st floor instead of the 5th :( Price could have been a bit more moderate as the location is outside the city but that was not really a big problem

The hotel is super comfortable within 3 minutes walk of schonbrunn palace and U4 subway station to down town. The room is clean with all ameneties provided. The staff are very professional with special thanks to Maxim at the reception who was very helpful and highly professional. It is great value for money overall.

The TV channels were all in German the hotel should provide English channels for tourists. Also wifi signal was poor in some areas of he hotel.

The hotel is quite nice and well located. It's nearby the metro station, so you can within 15 minutes reach the city center. We have traveled with a dog. But it's better to inform about it in advance, because not all the rooms are suitable for the dogs. The breakfast was really nice with variety of different food. We will definitely stay again.

The fee for the dog is 20 EUR per night - I would say it's quite pricey in comparison with other hotels.

Very helpful staff, very kind and thoughtful. Very clean room. Not central but close to the center the metro is a few steps away and in 10 minutes you are in the center, the metro ticket Is not expensive, the ticket making machine is easy to use they give instructions in several languages. Excellent I would say also recommended for families. The services in Austria are excellent you can travel without problems, hotel offers a great stay

Great location, near Schonbrunn/Zoo walking distance, have a payable parking place, walking distance to metro station, good breakfast, nice room, and friendly staff. Was there on Dec 4th-5th 2022.

no sign/logo of hotel name. Understood that hotel was newly open, however they could print the name of hotel and stick on one window at least, or under the parking entrance till new logos & signs are available. just FYI - no mini-bar loaded in fridge, this was not an issue for us.
