Super clean , complete in all areas, location it’s amazing , there’s many facilities nearby , wash machine in the basement , very fast WiFi connection.

It was very close to the city center and super markets. Big enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Seemed like they had thought of everything. There is a vacuum and a washing machine in the common areas. There is a kids corner in the common area which our children loved. Extra towels, soaps, sugar etc also in the common area. Nice pizza right next door.

The room wasn't clean enough. Under the bed, over the microwave and over the cupboard nobody had cleaned for months. We even found a hairball under the kitchen table. The door to the apartment could not lock from the inside which is dangerous with small children. The same for the outlets that were near the floor. It would have been nice to have an oil for cooking.

The apartment is really nice and cozy. we have booked and apartment and have got a slightly different one, but in our opinion it was better. I will discuss below about apartment 21 (the one with stairs inside - the bedroom and living room upstairs, meaning 1 bedroom and 1 sofa 4, 4 people). the team sent us on the day of the arrival the check in details. the emerald apartment is close to the tram station and also the railway station Rennweg (which is a plus cuz you can take the regional train line, S7, to get to the apartment - this is important as it is a line that is included in the OBB 1/2/3/7 day/s tickets, different from the REX or CAT trains that will cost extra). Once you get to the door and enter the code make sure you push the door slightly more powerful than usual as the door has this door lock that is different from other doors. The staff was thoughtful and left towels for everyone, but didn't put clothes hangers for everyone - would have been nice to have 4 hangers, one for each. the apartment has shower gel, towels, coffee and salt. Many plates cups and 2 pots that are enough. dishwasher, oven and electric stove. Yes, there is a slightly smell in the bathroom, but that is NORMAL, as the bathroom has no window and the humidity level is quite big. but nothing serious. Another thing we have 'noticed' is that the floor was not mopped very well. not because of some dirt or something visible, but because our soco would get dirty in seconds haha. I propose to provide some slippers or advice guests to bring their own. Overall, the location is great, safe and close to everythin, including 3 supermarkets. the afternoon on itself is really nice and quiet. will come back.

Good location, good equipped, clean. Really easy to find and to use entrance instructions. May be it is not actual for everyone but for me the blanket was very warm and was not another less warm. Pillows are also too large/high/thick for me, but it is upon my taste, usually you receive two, one thicker and one thiner.. Was very tasty coffee and very good coffee machine but we didn't find the sort of capsules/pads in supermarket to buy more after we used the quantity we received in the apartment

There is no door to the shower, it is not privet if you are not alone and it is cold to exit when you finish showing

Great location, comfortable easy to find and access. Quite and very private. We had to check out at 11:00 and our flight was at 18:00. We checked out at 9:00 and left our bags in lockers at n the building which gave us the opportunity to explore a little bit more and take advantage of the time left without having to carry our bags with us. This was a big plus for the property. Also communicate was great.

Could have been a bit cleaner as there was forgotten food and drinks from the previous residents. This wasn’t a big issue and I am just mentioning it so the cleaners check the fridge before handing over the apartments. Would surly recommend

I think our apartment was an upgraded one cause it had 2 bedrooms. The place was comfortable an huge. It had all the facilities including ironing table. There was coffee capsules for each day of our stay. That was cute. And the restroom was separate from the bathroom.

The location was close to the city center. Just a few stops with tramway. But the metro line which I was planning to use was closed. That is why I had to switch three different metro and trams in order to get where I wanted. So it took 45 minutes. This was a little bit disappointing.

Location was great. Big supermarket on same street Short walk from Rennweg train station which has direct link to airport. Easy check in with key codes which were emailed. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Dishwasher -pods supplied. Large TV - managed to work Netflix on it Coffee machine - asked for more pods and same were supplied-much appreciated. Heating could be adjusted. Lounge area downstairs with another coffee machine, computer and printer-also play area for children Left our luggage there on day we departed.

Nothing Note of caution-most supermarkets do not open on a Sunday in Vienna it seems and close at 6pm on Saturday.

The Emerald apartment is conveniently located in nicely refurbished old building near a tram stop which makes it very easy to go to the center of Vienna. The neighborhood is a quiet one and there are several excellent foods stores within a walking distance. The apartment was clean with all the necessary amenities. Belvedere complex is itself within a walking distance. The staff promptly replied via email to all my questions. Overall a very good value for money and I recommend it.

The one-bedroom apartment had windows facing the road so you may wake up early in the morning from the traffic noise of cars and trams (although the traffic is itself not heavy). The temperatures in Vienna during our stay were very high and although the room had a fan it could not beat up the heat (still I do not regard this as a downside as I contacted the property earlier and they correctly informed me that the facility does not have cooling system). The bedroom in the apartment was quite small with the bed covering most of its area so two of us had to use instead the sofa in the hall/kitchen (the sofa was convenient though). Overall I would say that this apartment is good option for two people who prefer to sleep separately or two elders with a kid.

The bed was really comfortable. The utensils in the kitchen were very useful. There were supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The Belvedere palace and gardens were very close. The locker to keep the luggage there before and after the check-in was a fantastic feature!

It could be a little closer to the city centre, but it was easy to get there. There was no AC (but I do not think it was necessary).

Everything was superb, our warm and quiet shelter from freezing cold Vienna (it was snowing for days!). The apartment has adjustable floor heating, never out of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped to cook whatever, we had only light breakfasts which you can buy in one of the numerous supermarkets nearby. The bed was super comfy and we had quiet good sleeps. Transportation is convenient too, take tram 71 to the Opera in 10 minutes and connect, or walk a few minutes to catch a metro or a bus to go anywhere. We checked in without meeting anyone using a code we got to our email the day of arrival. In summary, we loved it! High value for money.

The only thing we were missing was towel hanger. The floor could have been cleaner, we walked barefoot and noticed that. They should fix the building door so it shuts itself when closed, because it was left opened most of the time. Not that it made us feel unsafe, Vienna is safe, but why bother with security if it is not working?
