The hotel just opened on the same day I arrived. The hotel and the interior were extraordinary and the team fabulous. The room was just renovated, the amenities for the bathroom are great lovely and smells good. Everyone that comes to Vienna must visit this hotel even beter stay in the hotel. Next time I know which hotel I will visit again. Thank you Imperial Riding School hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, surprising us with a delightful room upgrade and a sweet treat to kick off our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious array of options to start our day off right. Fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile - it set the tone for the rest of our visit. Incredibly beautiful, new ,stylysh hotel, great location, walking distance to the center. Nearby there are many restaurants where you can eat nice food at a good discount during the lunch period. In the lobby there is free water with lemon and different types of apples. On the first day of check-in, we've gor a welcoming gift- delicious local chocolate. In the room there is a coffee machine with a set of very tasty coffee and cream and a kettle for tea. Swimming pool and saunas are beautiful. Gym.The rooms are stylish and very clean.They also have a wonderful garden where you can eat

there is no dryer in the bathroom, it is difficult to dry wet clothes, especially swimwear after swimming pool

Everything was great.

Overall, the experience is extremely positive, everybody is welcoming, you can even get that freshly renovated feel in the hallways. Spa; gym and saunas were magnificent and everything one can ask for. Maybe the pool could be slightly warmer, it wasn't an issue for us but I can see that this will be too cold for some guests. Gym also very modern, it has everything you need from a hotel workout, perfect. Breakfast as well was very abundant and tasty. All in all as I said, hugely positive experience.

Just a slight nuance that in the night it got quite cold in the room, we didn't figure out if it was possible to turn on some sort of heating, which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep even though the beds were quite comfortable themselves. We tried to set the temperature in the room, but all we could achieve is to turn the AC off, even when set to higher degrees the room wasn't really warming up at all, we had to take on some extra clothes to not be cold at night. Maybe this will change in the future, or it was our fault that we couldn't find the heating mode, but something to note.

The Imperial Riding School offers a truly luxurious stay. This brand-new hotel dazzles with its modern, fresh design, and we found my room incredibly well-designed, spacious and comfortable. All the amenities we could desire were provided, and the staff offered friendly, attentive service. While slightly distant from the old town and major sights, its proximity to Belvedere provides a unique appeal. If you crave a luxurious, modern stay and don't mind the slight distance from the old town, the Imperial Riding School is a fantastic choice.

Be aware of potential construction noise in the surrounding area, especially if you're looking for a tranquil experience. The work started at 7 am that morning (fortunately, we were already awake). Also, I recommend carefully reviewing your credit card statement after your stay. I discovered a double billing error, so it's always good to be vigilant.

There's a lot to nod for in this Hotel, the Interior, really beautiful, breakfast was really delicious, the highlight having breakfast here is the Eggs Benidict and the fresh pressed Fruits!! Room was clean, Bed is comfortable and i love having a dip in the cozy Pool!!

The phone was not working at all for outside call. I'd requested for a Bathrobe and room sleeper, unfortunately, i have waited a day before i got one..it would be nice if you will include a "Pillow Menu" for future clients.

Very nice interior, attention to details that tell the story of the hotel's name. Spacious and airy common areas, peaceful location not far from the city center. Friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast, highlighting the selection of fresh juices. The size of the rooms was probably determined by the dimensions of the historical building, despite possibly slightly smaller square footage, the rooms are nicely and modernly furnished.

Everything above the expectations, very good price performace.

Facilities. Pool is great, spa and yoga areas are very nice. Room is comfortable

I booked a superior room but there was no superior room available anymore. Only compensation offered was free breakfast which, although good, was not worth the difference… Room was also at the end of the corridor and it took a lot of time to circulate into the hotel. Restaurant for diner was friendly but I waited 45 min for a dessert. Not worth the price.

The deposit they took from me is 250 Euro because i stayed 5 night and they did not return it to my card till now. They told me i have to wait this week and contact them if i did not receive the deposit in my account. For me the amount they took for the deposit is too much and also they should return it directly after i check out !
