We really enjoyed our stay. It is a comfortable and spacious apartment with some cool extras like a Bluetooth speaker. It is a fair way from the city but the transportation links to the city and airport are good. It only ever took about 20 minutes to reach the centre.

We didn't like that our room didn't come with a saucepan or bowls. Apparently these were optional extras that we hadn't paid for. That was not clear when booking, and didn't really make sense to me. I think when you are booking an apartment with a stove top you should be able to assume a saucepan and some utensils will be included.

So happy to have discovered Rioca! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. All the staff were so friendly and informative. Great suggestions on using public transport - getting around - interesting places to visit. Having an apartment rather than a room was so much more relaxing when your staying longer. The fridge was particularly useful during the very hot summer weather. The buffet style breakfast was always fresh and plentiful with a choice of indoor or al fresco. The other thing to mention is quality and style of Rioca it really is great value for money. I just can't find fault anywhere. I just wish there was more of them around Europe. Brilliant place to stay!!!!!!

There really is nothing to say here😉 We loved it!

As soon as you enter, you will be amazed by the contemporary modern design of the interior. The very nice and friendly staff were always helpful. The rooms were clean down to the last detail. The bathroom was well lit, ventilated and the overall facilities were great. We were also interested in small details and the fact that cups, a kettle and bluetooth players in the form of a mirror and a table were available. No noise from the street penetrated into the room. The room was spacious and well decorated. Breakfast was in the second building, 5 meters from the reception, but it was great. Maybe a little small spaces for the capacity of the hotel. The location was great, the U3 Schlachthausgasse subway stop was nearby, as well as the tram stop. There were also groceries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. Car parking was charged in spacious underground garages. We spent New Year's Eve in Vienna and we were very pleased when we found tips on where to go on the bulletin board.

Bad mattresses ruined our mood and enjoyment of that hotel. Everything was wonderful, but the most important thing, which is our sleep, was ruined by the sagging mattresses. The mattresses were very sagging, even one large pillow could fit there. I believe that the hotel will improve it in the future. Also, a lot of graphic chaotic elements in the interior and a bad information system that seemed chaotic - caused us to wander to find the exit.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and equipped kitchenette is a big plus. Shower was very good and spacious as well. To my liking, beds were pretty comfy, the mattress was rather stiff. Check in was easy and fast. Employees are very nice. Location is not the most convenient, but there is a tram going to city center every 7 min.

Acoustic of the rooms is not that great, some noise from hallway penetrates into the room. Breakfast could have been better. There was no warm food like omelette or bacon, most bread and sweet stuff. In the busy morning hours it might be hard to get a table for breakfast. There was also something strange with the spoons… they disappear very quickly and sometimes we need to wait for the clean spoons 😅

First of all, I apologize for this delay. I would like to tell you about my experience regarding my stay from February 09 to 18, 2023 that I spent at your establishment (Hotel-Apartment) “Rioca Vienna Posto 2”. As a first impression, arriving on the first day, I was pleasantly fascinated by the decor of the rooms, the choice of colors, the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort and all the amenities made available to tenants. The second aspect that really impressed me was the warm welcome given to me by the reception staff on the day of my arrival, in particular by Mr. Rodriguez and another lady whose first name I do not remember. The third aspect is the family atmosphere that reigns at the level of this establishment and I want to bow to all the staff and managers who ensure to maintain this friendly atmosphere that I would describe as very human. Another aspect, the Latin-Brazilian touch that makes us travel when we are inside this hotel remains the unique touch of this establishment. As a recommendation, I would like if you can study the possibility of providing a Sauna to relax in your hotel.

Breakfast was amazing and the room was clean, modern and beautifully equipped. Definitely a wow effect when you enter the room. Almost everything within the room has the option to be connected to bluetooth for music.

On the picture at booking you could see that there was a coffee machine in the room but at arrival there was non. Unfortunately also pots, pans, plates and even cuttlery was missing. Fortunately we had our own sport with us for emergencies so we at least could do something.

Check-in was quite good. Additionally rooms were big enough, have a small balcony, nice shower inside with drying machine, there was even a small kitchen and big enough fridge and a dishwasher for longer stays.

Maybe could be a bit cleaner but it didn't disturb a lot. Ah before I forget, hotel slippers (that cheap paper ones) could be nice to put to rooms, I didn't bring any slipper and literally it was a pain to wear socks every time I step out from the bed. Also it was summer for me and I don'*t know if they are adding hangers for winter time but it would be nice to have hangers or somewhere to put the jackets at cold weathers.

The hotel was ok :) it is stylish, has has a character and is very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet it’s not the city center but quite close on foot or by public transport -for me this location was perfect. I recommend this hotel. The main thing I missed is air conditioning. It’s really a big problem- I was in may and it was too hot in the room during the day. Wifi was good. Possibility to self check in well as also possibility to check in with a human at the reception- which is really nice experience after Covid and this whole AI automatic solutions. :)

No air conditioning. Poor towels- small and very bad quality. Microwave didn't work.

Nice and clean hotel in a centric location next to the University campus.

The beds are ridiculously small, 140x190 for a double, can barely imagine a tall person fitting in there without removing the pillows. The mattress was very soft, which is not suitable for all. The room had plenty of stuff with absolutely no meaning, like the glossy lights for the overbed, or a full-size fridge, but didn't have a basic bedside table, or a central aircon (at least looking like one and not pretending to be something else). Also a very strange pick for the management to provide rooms with water in glass bottles. I understand the whole sustainability approach which is great, but the carriages the maids are moving make a hell of a noise and probably weigh a lot as well.

At first arrival there was lots of surprises and decorations in the room after we had let them know it was our anniversary! Felt so welcomed and was so sweet to discover. Nice balcony and good amenities in room/bathroom. Also used our free drinks vouchers given at the bar and the bartender was wonderful, very chatty and friendly with us and talked us through Vienna. Would definitely come back to stay here due to how much effort the staff made to make us feel welcome.

Slightly out from the centre but very easy to get to on tram or metro, was not an issue for us.
