All people of staff very kind and helpful for anything you need or ask. 2 minutes walking to train station 20 minutes or less to airport by regular train. Cost for ticket from airport to Hotel (Renveg Station) 2,30 euros. Same price for tram if you want avoid 10-15 minutes walking to center. The a la carte food of the hotel very high standard and very good value for money. I am also executive chef in Greece so I am fair. Hopefully next time try the lunch buffet too, but it was difficult with so many restaurants and cafes around. If you visit Vienna don't miss visit to Salm Braw Brewery-restaurant 4-5 min walking from hotel, maybe the best food in Vienna. Avoid Nordsee Restaurant, the quality is very low now and not clean. Try to visit all the sites and museums

The price for breakfast was a little expensive 24 euros for person it should be around 12-14 euros. Also it would be great if reception have a thermometer just in case somebody need.

Well Breakfast at the seventh floor was super + exquisite + discreet. Location of the hotel is super. The staff at the reception are wonderful indeed.

Conversely the breakfast at the second floor was at most large but not to expected expectations. Furthermore we tried ourselves to the main hotel restaurant - we though being the only couple for the whole evening would be super great. Eventually the lady serving us was very rigid and not at all courteous - not the conversation type for sure - plus the food was not to a level of a four star hotel. Money wasted for sure.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, it was located two minutes walking distance from the train station and had cafes, food places and grocery stores at its footstep. The room service was brilliant in the hotel, rooms were cleaned everyday and there was toiletries included.

We found out that the items left in the minibar had to be paid for. I think it would better not to leave snacks in the bar unless specifically asked. Not supportive staff - I needed drinking water and as the shops were closed on Sunday, I asked at reception and was told to get a water bottle from the bar which cost me €7.60 Water would stand in the bath tub whilst showering.

The hotel has a great location,directly next door to Belvedere and by pleasant walk in 15 minutes you are at the heart of the city near Opera.Hotel rooms are spacious,absolutely clean and comfortable.It is rather business hotel than family hotel with atmosphere but we still enjoyed our stay very much.The garage is also great,huge and very cheap (24 hours parking for 18 EUR).The breakfast had a lot of choices but the line for coffee was quite long all morning.

We liked everything,I just recommend second coffee machine to the restaurant 😊

Reception team were excellent, answering all questions immediately and providing help and suggestions on where to go, how to get there etc. The room was excellent, very spacious, beds really comfortable, air con worked (min setting was 20°, prefer if could've gone cooler). It's located a 20+min walk into the centre but there is a tram stop just outside that is 4 stops right to the centre and they run every few mins. The train line has a station 2 min walk away which is on direct line to the airport, with trains running every half hour, right into the airport. The hotel is more in a business area than tourist area which means it's quiet at night (not so good if you want night life). Good WiFi.

Nothing of any significance. Only English speaking tv channels were news, which just kept looking the same stuff.

Hotel and room were very clean, we were upgraded to an executive suite which had free use of the minibar in the room for snacks and soft drinks. We also had access to the executive lounge for free breakfasts and snacks, which were delicious, from 07.00 until 17.00 and free hot & soft drinks 24/7. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, quiet but only a few tram stops from the city centre. The hotel is on the tram route and trams run around every 5 minutes.

Although there is a laundry service it would be helpful to have an iron and ironing board in the room. Breakfast was advertised as available until 11.00 but it was cleared away by 10.45 and on arriving before 10.45 one morning my wife wasn't allowed breakfast and had to wait for the lunch snacks to be set out after 11.00.

Nice room size, beautiful & clean bathroom, delicious breakfast, good coffee, nice staff, good location (10 min by tram to KarlsPlatz) Belverede Palace is located at 400 m ( we had a room with a view to Upper Belvedere) Tram station is located at the corner of the street Salm Brau pub is 5 min walk from the hotel (best beer in Wien)

We really did not enjoy the chilly room at night Construction site near the hotel - noise in the morning Felt more as a business hotel rather than a touristic one

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big and well-lit. Everything was clean. It is situated close to Belvedere palace (5 minutes walk) and 20-25 minutes away walking from Stefanplatz and Hofburg Palace. The parking garrage is just around the corner and costs 18€/day. You have direct access from the garrage to the hotel which is great. If you have luggage you can use the elevator and you don't have to carry them around you on the street. The breakfast is quite rich, but we believed it to be a bit too expensive (24€/day), you can get the same things in a chic cafe in the centre of the city where they have waaaaaay better coffee.

You can easily notice that it's an old building and in some areas and aspects it might need so sprucing up, but overall there's nothing much to complain about. We didn't like the fact that the bed was not a double one, but two beds put together and the space between was not too comfortable. Bad coffee at breakfast...

Easy access from the airport by taking the S7 train to the Wien Rennweg Bahnhof station, which is located at 200 m from the hotel. Very nice room, daily cleaning service if needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Also, they really surprised us by sending a gift in our room on our birthdays - we celebrated both our birthdays while staying at the hotel so I guess they noticed the date of birth on the ID cards and offered a bottle of sparkling wine and appetizers :) The breakfast is great, I totally recommend booking it along with the room reservation.

The only thing which could've been better is if they have provided a single large bed instead of twin beds.

The hotel is very nice, with pleasant staff and generally everything one might need. We got a suite (Rm 630) which was spacious for our family of four. Unlike other hotels we stayed in, the entire hotel is air-conditioned. Also, the hotel smells lovely when you walk in. It was always nice to come back to it after a long day of siteseeing. There aren't irons in the rooms, but there is an ironing room you're allowed to use and a fitness center and sauna/ Steam room, which I enjoyed. Also, the breakfast is amazing!

The shower and bath never got hot, only lukewarm.
