We liked the location, very close to the U3 line. The room was big enough, the AC worked fine. It's quite location but close to the Gasometer and busy area. We didn't have breakfast, but there are places to eat around. The WiFi was good enough. It's clean, the staff was great. The public garage is nearby for 7.5E/day, very close and easy from the highway.

I would like if they put a little fridge and a safe in the room which will dramatically upgrade the room. The night table next to one bed is weird with a whole on the top, keep dropping staff in it, but it's a minor thing.

Good location, very close to the underground line U3 (Gasometer station) that provided quick access to the center of the city. Good, quiet neighborhood, near a small shopping mall located inside one of the Gasometer buildings (includes a McDonalds, a Spar market). Also, there is a complimentary bottle of still water in the room, which was a good thing. Helpful staff, English speakers at the reception - we had a problem with the hair dryer and they provided a solution to fix it despite being almost 11 PM. One more thing to add is that you can leave your luggage at the reception in case you are arriving too early for check-in. You will have to fill in an online form for the check-in and the check-out can also be done online. It is one of the good options in Vienna if you need a place to crash and have a shower for a decent price and don't want to pay extra to stay closer to the center of the city. For getting to the hotel, the best combination for transport is the S7 train from the airport to the Wien Mitte station and from there the U3 metro to Gasometer.

The room does not have a fridge of any type and for some people it can be small. Despite having some toiletries, you will still need to bring your own slippers. The room does not have a carpet, just wooden floor and in the bathroom there are tiles. Please be aware that you can do an early check-in, but it will cost you extra: 30,00 euro if it is before 9 AM / 25 euros from 9:00-12:00 / 15 euro from 12:00-15:00

The bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning is available, which was necessary as it was very hot and you had to close the windows at night to block out the noise from outside. When the windows were closed, the room was very peaceful and the curtains blacked out the light too. A few wonderful nights' sleep! The U3 underground is just around the corner.

Due to the online check in and check out, sent by mail, there is practically no interaction or communication with the staff. I missed this, and although the room was great and the location is handy, the staff make a huge difference to a stay. This is the first time I experienced the self check in process in a good hotel and I prefer contact with hotel personnel. The staff at the coffee bar were helpful when I needed to ask reception something and there was no-one there.

We loved this hotel. It was so comfortable. Also was super clean. The room was nice and big. We loved that the bathroom was kind of open plan with just the toilet behind a door. Made it feel more spacious. A good lay out of the room. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful too. The U-Bahn station is like a 3 min walk from the hotel. There is also a shopping centre right by the station too. A short train ride into the city centre. A great priced hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The only small thing that we didn't like was the coffee and tea wasn't replaced everyday. But it was okay.

Probably one of the best breakfast buffets I've seen in a hotel. So many options that are sure to fit everyone's taste. All of the staff are extremely nice, from the front-desk to the cleaning staff. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are very well cleaned and spacious. From my understanding the hotel also has a gym, which, unfortunately was closed during my stay. There's a metro station which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel, where you can easily reach the city centre in under 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely be my first choice when visiting Vienna again.

Additionally, guests enjoyed the comfort of two pillows provided in the room. Daily housekeeping services were included in the price, ensuring a consistently clean and tidy environment throughout the stay. Nearby amenities such as a Despar supermarket located just 150 meters away, along with the Gasometer metro station for easy access to various destinations, and a Billa supermarket situated 350 meters away, further enhanced the convenience of the hotel's location. Furthermore, the staff exhibited excellent and courteous service, contributing to a pleasant overall experience for guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was misunderstanding about online check in but the staff is very responsive over chat and it was all sorted out when we arrived. I had requested for a room with bathtub and they gave us exactly that! We loved the room! The location was perfect as its few minutes walk from the metro and its great for getting around the city. The bar was also very nice! And staff we spoke with during our stay was very friendly and helpful as well! All in all we will definitely return to this hotel when we are in vienna!

working air conditioning. comfortable beds. got some wafer biscuits when we checked out. very good value for money but we did book only 2 days in advance. we didnt get breakfast but it looked like a very good spread for the price.

we wouldnt stay here though if we wanted to explore the city centre. we stayed here because we got the coach in from slovakia to get a flight from vienna and this hotel is right inbetween the coach station and the airport. but the experience does make up for lacking location. i would just check if there was a metro stop nearby.

An interesting experience, a hotel located in a picturesque area, with many things you can do. The staff is very helpful in helping you with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The room is large, arranged ok, with everything you need. You can serve a good quality coffee in the room, to start your day perfectly. The room is very clean, the room is cleaned every day. Good and varied breakfast, I didn't find anything that wasn't there. In conclusion, I had a stay that exceeded my expectations, so I recommend this place .

There’s no tea or coffee facility available other than paying for it in the restaurant, I’ve never experienced this in all my years of travel…to make matters worse, there’s not fridge in the room so you can’t even store anything, not great with you’re staying for a week
