Very equipped and cozy apartment at an excellent Location for a very good price! Big recommendation. We stayed for 3 nights and it has everything you need, bathroom, kitchen, large bed with all accessories and the apartment size is fairly big. You get also coffee machine with capsules which is a great plus. The Location is more than good since it is 5 minutes away from U3 and you can get to city centre in 15 minutes. There are some good pubs and restoraunts around the block as well. You also get access to luggage room with a keylock so you can leave your stuff on departure day and still use that day to go out before your trip back. The host was amazing and we got everything we asked and they were very nice and kind. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll be back if I am in Wien any time.

If you wish to cook or wash your clothes you must buy a detergent or oil, or bring it with you.

Very convenient location of the flat, five minutes walk from the underground (branch U3, orange), 71 tram. 15-20 minutes - and you are in the centre of Vienna. The apartment is very cosy: there is everything for a comfortable stay. I was struck by the fact that it is not just a flat, but a residential complex. That is, the whole building is an apartment of one company - in the same style, with a lift, a hall, a storage room. Hence a number of advantages: washing machine, dryer (constantly busy with guests from India), the view of the hall - a convenient waiting area when checking in or when you have already checked out and are waiting for transport. The beds were comfortable and the bed was clean. Early check in was not quite possible, but a member of staff helped us and we were allowed into the room, although the correspondence assured us that check in was only from 15.00. Here it was unpleasant, although I asked at 11-12 we settled or at least give a camera, where you can throw your suitcases. Would I come back here again? More likely yes than no.

Didn't like that the praised stuff locker was constantly busy, better not to declare this option. If I had relied on this service, I would have had to walk around Vienna with my suitcases as there were no free cameras. The bathroom was clean, which is a huge plus. But the rest of the room was pretty dusty, especially the window sills in the bedroom. I didn't like it when the cleaning lady on check-out day came in without knocking at around 10.00, with the phrase "You will be checking out now", although the check-out information on the application was 11.00. That is, we had a whole hour and did not need to push us, like get out of here.

The location is very good, right next to the train station from which you can go to the airport and not far from the metro station from which you can go to the city center. Close to supermarkets (e.g. Lidl). The room is modernly decorated, in the company's colors, a plus for brand awareness. Large spacious bathroom. Everything we needed was available. Washer and dryer was in the facility. A big plus for a common room for guests where you can wait, have a coffee. Free luggage storage in the basement, which was very useful on the day of departure, because our flight was in the evening. Access to the building and room by code which was very convenient. Good contact with the facility, helpful staff.

Unfortunately, we got a room on the ground floor, which made it very dark. The apartment is a bit too small for a stay of 4 people, in the living room it's hard to find a place to put your bags, not to mention hiding things somewhere (in the bedroom it wasn't a problem). Unfortunately, despite all the modernity and neatness, we found a very dirty floor, which made our socks simply black.

We booked an apartment with a balcony and got a large terrace on the ground floor. It looked as if it didn't belong to the property (dust, dry leaves, weed, some litter). Such a shame because it could have been a perfect addition to the lovely apartment.

Well located, lots of shops nearby and public transportation. A long term underground parking (Park & Ride Erdberg) is very close (2 stations by subway U3). You can leave the car there for 4.1 EUR / day. Large and clean bathroom, good quality double-bed. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The common areas of the building were also very clean.

The cleaning team should pay more attention. Lots of dust on the nightstand lamps, furniture. A weird smell was getting into the room from the kitchen sink drain sometimes.

Everything was fine; clean, comfortable, spacious apartment. Location is quite close to underground and there are other public transportation services close at hand (train, trams). Plenty of close supermarkets and places for quick (mostly ethnic) meals

Just a suggestion.. it should be reminded in every arrival day, entry code supplying, email and SMS that parking in Wien is de facto almost always forbidden, even for short loading and unloading stops (even 15 min. tickets are sold). It is otherwise deceptively easy, especially if you booked quite a time before and are not familiar with the city, to forget about parking permits and get a fine, as there are no indications or alerts in the streets.

Lovely spacious, clean modern apartment. Staff responded very quickly to our queries by phone and email. Easy check-in with keypad code (no reception). Near train station (very easy to get train to/from the airport). 5 min walk to the underground station and 10 min journey into central Vienna on underground. Supermarkets and shopping centre 10 min walk away.

Although Jimmy's apartment was in a lovely street, and very well located, the nearby area of Simmering is somewhere you might be best not to walk on your own at night time.

- The room was not very clean, when we arrived - We stayed there 4 nights and there was not room service - Our flight arrived at Vienna early morning. Since the check-in was at 3:00 p.m., I have sent 3 messaged to the property kindly asking to enter, if possible, the appartment earlier. I never received an answer. We arrived there at 2:20 p.m, the room was ready, but our code for the door lock was activated at 3:00 p.m. We had to wait in the lounge.

The room is very spacious and gives out a smaller apartment look and feel enabling you to get that "home away from home" feeling which we really liked. The location is good for a quick ride from and to the airport and very well connected for all trips around the city. My personal favourite is the lounge room and luggage room which are available to you even after check out so if you have a later flight (or bus) you still have a place to leave your luggage and/or chill in the lounge room which is like a small kitchen dining and living room space.

The position of the airbnb was perfect, close to the S7 (airport train) station and to the U3 metro. It is also surrounded by several supermarkets. The apartment has everything that is needed for the stay: a kitchen with plates and cuttlery, a microwave and a laundry area. For those that arrive before checkin / leave before checkout there's a lounge area where you can stay and a luggage area where you can leave your bags. The staff was very nice as well!

I would probably change the pillows because they were a bit uncomfortable and I would also change the blankets with a cotton sheet for the summer season! I would also leave more coffee pods for the guests :)
