We really enjoyed the stay. Pension has a perfect location in Villach. The staff were very kind and the apartment was clean and nice. Also it is a good combination the apartment where we have kitchen corner but offering breakfast as well at the pension. The apartmen has a really large and nice shower-bath.

The breakfast time is a bit strict on week days ending at 9:00. Would be better to have until 10:00. The coffee could be self service during the breakfast. In the apartment: Would be good to have a holder for the dishes to get them dry after washing them up. A bit larger or extendable dinner table would be good in the apartment.

Great, great spot to stay if you want to enjoy the lakes around Villach and Klagenfurt or if you are going on a longer trip to the south. The appartment featured not only two large rooms (one with a built-in kitchen) but also very good air conditioning and a very fast wifi, while offering pure silence from any noises outside. Definitely our best find so far (we have been staying 1-2 nights around Klagenfurt each year for 12 years straight now). The place is very clean and tasteful.

very good.. the facility is in a quiet and beautiful environment, a little outside the center but very nice for silence and rest. the city is also very nice..breakfast in the office is more based on salami - sandwiches and cereal (I missed something warm, scrambled eggs or sausage, but it could be obtained on request). the beds are extremely comfortable, the apartment is a good size. I definitely recommend it..

warmer food at breakfast. and at least 2-3 coffee capsules, when there is already a coffee machine in the room..

These apartments are very nice and cozy, freshly renovated and equipped with everything a person needs including air conditioning and central heating in the living room and bedroom. Breakfast is good and included in the price. Internet is fast (200 MBits/s) and stable. Highways and railway station are not far away. Frankly, I did not want to leave and cannot exclude returning back at some point ☺️

Everything was good, no drawbacks

Clean room, nice area, appreciated the recommendation from host for late evening meal at Gasthof nearby up the hill, which I was glad of, as the apartments were in a suburb outside of Villach and I arrived late at the local station and walked 20 mins to check in. Despite having nobody on check-in, I was able to contact them on the phone and a key had been placed in a convenient location.

Buffet breakfast included, but it was a bit lacking. Items were running out and not replaced as guests arrived. There was a fresh fruit selection of only a few pieces of fruit.

Stylishly refurbished accommodation with underfloor heating, large TVs with free Netflix, wraparound balcony..great views of mountains. Galley kitchen equipped with everything you might need including coffee machine kettle,microwave & cooking plate, fridge. Breakfast is served downstairs in breakfast room with terrace for sunny days, great breakfast with coffee/ teas, cereales, croissants & Semmels, cheeses & hams. Staff were really knowledgable,friendly & helpful. Free Parking

It’s located off side of freeway of Austria. I and my family indeed enjoyed this place and there are many convenient shops nearby. It is a great place if you enjoy walking, bicycling, relaxing, etc.

I tried it to wash my clothes and wanted to use washing machine, but it was not available. For some reason, I asked the staff member and he or she said it’s their basement, but the door sign was not correctly situated.

The apartment boasts a beautiful, modern, and new design, and it's impeccably clean. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom, and the shower is spacious. Pension is surrounded by nature, with singing birds and lush greenery, it offers a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, with special appreciation for Gerti :) Breakfast with coffee is served in a cozy and homely environment. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I was V late arriving but a tel. call to Fam. Zollner was answered in most helpful and friendly manner; keys and explanatory note for e to collect at unmanned reception on arrival. Clear about parking. Apartment had all I could want, including cold beers in the apartment fridge! (as well as other drinks). Bathroom had underfloor heating - V V comfortable! Breakfast was fine - more than adequate; helpful and responsive staff. all V high quality. I'd stay there again with pleasure.

Some direction to local restaurants, had I needed one - as it happened, I had eaten before arrival and there was adequate cooking facilities in the apartment had I brought food with me. But it would have been convenient to have known about local eateries. A minor point!

The apartment was beautifully designed, and we loved how spacious it was. The bed was super comfy, and we were happy with the breakfast. We only stayed for two nights but could easily see ourselves staying longer. The kitchen was also well-equipped - it had everything from utensils to a kettle, a coffee capsule machine, pots, a stove, and even a fridge!
