The room was good and the bed was amazingly comfort, so I slept like a baby (I guess my wife and child too). The view from the window was amazing, first thing in the morning you open your eyes and see the beauty of the mountains, because the bed is oriented to the window! The breakfast was superb! Exceptional quality! But :) it's quite slow because of the a la carte concept, one day we were waiting and starving about 30 min just to make the order. Spa was good! Warm indoor pool.

Well, here are two points: 1. The restaurant was close during our stay, so we had to go somewhere else to get some food for a dinner. Bad is that no one mentioned about it. 2. The picture about indoor-outdoor pools is not true!

My husband and I loved everything, especially the professional, very helpful yet patient smiling staff who made us feel at home away from our home. From Emma and Jessica at the front desk who helped arrange all our many daily activities , to Eltin who helped shuttle us to the ski slopes, the town and back in a very VIP and timely fashion, to Joseph who helped ease away our tensions and sore muscles with his unique nerve muscle vibration technique, as part of the hotel's extensive Wellness and Spa area and especially to both Daniel and Stephanos who helped end our wonderful days with the perfect Negroni, and bartender recommendations of Figo, Holy Water, Whisky Sour and Pornstar Martini to name a few, next to the bar's roaring warm fireplace after our long active days. Of course, we cannot forget the food culture embraced by the hotel kitchen- some amazing breakfast choice offerings like the Vogl Deluxe and Stained Salmon She-Loin , not to mention dinner offerings such as the house beef tartare and homemade sorbets and crackers.. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

This hotel is lovely and feels very luxurious with all the spa facilities. The cleaner was so lovely and friendly, gave a stuffed teddy to our toddler. Room and bathroom was really nice, clean and comfortable. Great view too! The underground car park was appreciated as it was snowing so meant it was an easy drive out in the morning.

Reception staff not overly welcoming but I think this was more of a cultural thing. Also, we stayed for 2 nights, a Sunday and Monday night in December and the hotel bar and restaurant were both closed the entire time which was a pity.

The hotel is great, very clean and spacious rooms. The SPA is amazing, big indoor and outdoor pool! Parking onsite. From what we saw in the area I recommend this hotel as being one of the best!

The breakfast was mediocre, not to many options to choose from, it’s not buffet it’s by order only! The waiters don’t speak very good English! Also they made us feel uncomfortable with their attitude, we were 3 people and we sat down at a table of 5 and told us that we can only use half of the table…

it is amazing hotel, all facilities almost available.

Accessing the building is controlled by owned smart card, but no security cameras in the building. The phone wasn’t working in my suite and I didn’t like sharing one bathroom only in master bedroom for all big family,also having 2 beds in dressing room in master room too.

One of the best Hotels in Zell am See. The Spa facilities are outstanding. I am not sure that any other hotel in Zell am See even closely has something similar for the price. During our stay we have also visited two other popular hotels - Hotel Gruner Baum and Grand Hotel. Both of them cannot even remotely compare to Haidvogl. Additionally one has to mention the exceptionally friendly staff. And it is very clean.

There is nothing to dislike.

The spa area of this hotel is incredible. The breakfast is equally exceptional. The rooms are rather spacious and well equipped (except for a missing coffee machine). The location served our purpose well! Good value for money. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very very good! definitely not what I expected (in a positive sense).

The only downside of the rooms was that the insulation is not great-you will end up hearing your neighbours walking around and showering. Luckily, this was not a massive issue for us as everyone seemed to be asleep quite early:)

Everything was really nice. Check-in was very easy and staff were friendly with us. Room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Location was very convenient with a lot of Bars/Restaurants nearby. We were offered free Parking space. What we really like was Spa & Wellness area as well as Sauna and Hamam room. Due to time shortage we were unable to visit the Restaurant but we will in our next visit. We had a fabulous time!

Nice, modern hotel, friendly staff and very clean

Breakfast wasn’t great. Small Buffet with just butter and jam, everything else you had to order. Always took around 20 minutes for someone to take our order and then another 15 minutes until the pre-preprepared platters of cheese, fish and even orange juice arrived. A bit slow, if you want to hit the slopes early in the morning.

The hotel spa is just exquisite! The staff was friendly, ready to help and answer your questions/requests anytime. We also appreciated the free parking.

It is a little far from the centre, about 30 Min walking distance. We found the breakfast a bit expensive for 30€/person, so we had breakfast elsewhere.
