Everything ok. Service, staff, location are excellent. Room is big and comfortable. Outstanding hotel. Tasty and various type of breakfast. Room cleaning always and professional. The room was too spacious. They allowed us early check in for free. Location is good. Staff very very friendly. Mr Adil at the reception is very soft spoken and helpful. Rest of the staff was also very cooperative. They guided us about the excursions as we had rented a car, so they told us about all locations. Overall a good experience. Highly recommended.

Parking was the only issue. But mostly people dont use Rent a Cars in Azerbaijan, so its all convenient.

Good location. It is on the main road not far from the city. Very spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Very neat and clean rooms. Reasonable rates. The receptionists are polite and helpful. Room services are good. Easy access to Baku city. A 24-hour supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies and banks are all nearby. I recommend this hotel.

One day the internet service was unavailable and they said it was not a problem from the hotel.

I loved the staff especially Ayaz, Kamran, Gulsabah and Semistan at the reception.I enjoyed the fact that thee were always willing to assist especially with Taxis(language issue) and give recommendations of where to visit. Ceyhun at the 7sky restaurant was also amazing in all my requests including room food delivery.

Most of the taxi men seen to get lost and always went to a different hotel that was in the same vicinity .It always required me to call someone at the hotel to guide them accordingly.

The property is on Hasan Aliyev street which has many access routs to important places. Using Bolt application, the average price to Nizami street is 3 manat. Plus, The rooms are spacious, clean with affordable price.

At rush hour, traffic delays the Bolt car to reach the hotel.

Currency exchange rate was better than bank as 166 was in bank and at reception I got usd exchange 169 so that was big plus . .. ...first day when I landed in Baku then stayed in *****Note***** Best Center Hotel, located 52 Həzi Aslanov Street, AZ1005, Azerbaijan, I booked that hotel as it was rated 4 star, But as I reached Hotel then that was based on few rooms on ground floor and that was house that was named * Best Center Hotel * and at booking.com gave 4 star , They cancelled my booking at booking.com so I cant Give Review, Best Center Hotel located 52 Həzi Aslanov Street, AZ1005, Azerbaijan, Charged equal to 4 star price and given rotten breakfast, smelly rooms , all we beared as my kids and I myself get ill, During checkout time my kid done minor vomit and I cleaned even it was not our duty to make up room, While we were going then whole team From Best Center hotel 52 Həzi Aslanov Street, AZ1005, Azerbaijan, Came and directed taxi driver to off load luggage and then demanded 100 manat as fine and also called 1 police man to built pressure, I judged that police man who might be sitting in next street came by walk by keeping his cap in hand as he was already ready to reach to help his friends.

The room which was allotted to me had some issues with the AC. When we made a complaint, the staff was kind enough to allot us an upgraded room. The staff is kind and courteous! Good service!!

One suggestion, the breakfast buffet seemed repetitive. If you could improve the menu. Rest everything is good!

Despite the fact that the hotel is located on the side of the road, there is no noise. This is one of the best features. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. And the staff were nice people with smiles. And also there was balcon.Sorry i cant remember names of staff. But respect to them all. It was amazing for me by the way. Everytime i will choose this hotel. And I prefer everyone with that price NEW BAKU Hotel is the best. See u next time !

Everything was great.

Very kind staff, especially Ayas, Adil and Fatima. They were very helpful and always fullfilled all our wishes. They are careful abd have ears for the guests. The breakfast was ok. The location is not far away from the city. The price was reasonable. I would come again.

The property is very clean and comfortable. The amenities are complete and the staff were very gracious and helpful. Good value for money!

It’s quite far from the train station and no near restaurants in the area. The food were basic and but so bad.
