The staffs super approachable.. the rooms were upgraded by the receptionist and super comfy. The location is prime and to many places walkable. The young girl at the restaurant is super hard working and dedicated. The breakfast on the weekends were very good and the remaining was just average. Rooms were super big. At the night flame tower are visible from the Balcony. Ordering food is not an issue. Just download the wolt app and bolt app and they are fast n btring straight to ur door step. The toilets are super comfortable.

There is only one receptionist at the front desk and 2 staff at the restaurant. The carpets in the room was stained and the sheets on the bed was a bit torn. There is no parking available and have to find one by urself. Some of the light were not working in the room.

▪️Location: It was well located in Nizami Street, about 5-7 mins from Nizami Metro Station ▪️Room: We booked a standard double room but when we checked in hotel, our room was upgraded to a triple room which was very large in size and had a balcony with a beautiful view of flame towers. AC was working ▪️Breakfast: It was good with a lot of items and they also prepared fresh omelettes for us. ▪️Facilities: It has a nice swimming pool in the basement which opens from 1200hrs till 2300hrs. Lift was working good ▪️Staff: Staff are very cooperative and they also booked a taxi for us for airport when checking out. The cost for taxi from Airport to Hotel is approximately 30 Manat. ▪️Internet: High speed wifi with good range. ▪️Recommendation: Highly recommended

Good location with nive hangout places close by, easily accessible by Metro, Bus or Taxi. Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff helpfull. Breakfast was standard and good. Not fancy or many options but what was prepared was good and sufficient. They also order food from outside restaurants at our request and pay at checkout plus AZN 10-15 service fees(norminal). Thou they had spa and swimming pool didn't get time to check it out 😬

While booking it was stated 1 sofa cum bed but that was missing plus was mention the room will be on ground floor but we got the room.on the 4th floor. No Complains but still the there were slight differences while booking and actual rooms.

Our stay in the hotel was absolutely fantastic starting from how responsive, friendly and helpful all the staff were, from reception to housekeeping. Everyone was cheerful and ready to go the extra mile to assist and give unconditionally. Their recommendations and arrangements were golden and added tremendous value to our trip to Baku. Special thanks to Emin, Shaheen, Chanan & all the rest. The hotel itself was very well maintained, rooms were clean and comfortable and any request we had was fully met. Breakfast was fresh and a sufficient selection, Chanan made sure to serve my coffee the way i liked everytime :) English was well spoken among staff so communication was really easy and helped in understanding the country and planning our days better. We made good use of the spa facilities as well during our stay, all in all was great. Location wise was very convenient close to the groceries, pharmacies, coffee places, restaurants and fresh fruit! We were a big group (2 families) with children and senior members visiting Baku for the first time and everyone was very comfortable in the hotel and very happy with the holiday overall thanks to all the efforts of the amazing team at Parkway Inn hotel & Spa. I truly relished staying at this fabulous hotel. The personal attitude was out of words. They anticipated my preferences in advance. The reception was always helpful and polite, as one example. I wanted to chek out at 14:00 and the reception said that there is no problem which indeed made me happy. The amenities and the rooms as well as the shower were perfect and I liked the room to be on a high floor. Also, I liked hos tasty was the breakfast. All in all, I will certainly once again make reservation in this astonishing hotel property.

The breakfast was more than expected, the room service was excellent, but the best experience was the staff, they were exceptionally professional and courteous to my family and myself. Emin, Kanan, shaheen and all the rest were extremely helpful and assisted us on all our arrangements. they took care of our transportation and PCR in the hospital and even went the extra mile to collect our results while we were busy shopping and enjoying Baku. my daughter had an accident and we had rush to hospital , emin accompanied us and helped us all the way and we are deeply grateful for his efforts. not in a 7 start hotels will you have staff that helpful and polite. thank you

Rooms are clean however the bathrooms from one of the rooms smelled of gutter constantly which was unpleasant. Location is good.  Breakfast is ok.

Due to an amendment in our room option as per our request we paid extra which was agreed,  however when we reached the hotel they said we could only pay by cash which was surprising since they refused to take card payment.  Atleast if they informed in advance that we could only pay by cash we could have planned accordingly.

Arrived very early to checkin and was offered the opportunity to pay for a room for a very hours so we could relax after a long flight before our room was ready. The staff were polite and helpful and thankfully the Aircon was very good in our room. Was a good place to stay for the F1 and very reasonably priced.

Breakfast could be improved a lot, very little vegetarian options and the hot food option was mostly not very nice. Some food looked like it had been put out several days in a row. It's quite a walk down to the main part of the city and up a hill so requires good fitness.

Super clean, super big room. They made me a favor and upgraded my room when i arrive. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so generous and delicious. I was not able to use the pool&spa part but i am sure they would be so clean and nice considering the overall condition of the hotel. Location considered to be not central when you check it on the map but it is just 5-6 minutes with taxi and in baku taxi prices are super cheap. Last thing to add, in the room there is a spacious table, so hotel is also suitable for business stays
