10/10 outstanding boutique hotel. They have around 8-10 rooms only to ensure they deliver the personal touch. Everyone was friendly and always ensuring whatever we needed was being fulfilled. Breakfast spread - outstanding with mix of local and western items. Ilmer hosting the breakfast was the best ensuring we were well taken care of. Reception Gala and Thural and Elnac were very friendly and helpful. Location- this is a local neighbourhood but still close enough to the touristy part of town which can be reached very easily. Since being a local part of town, you will find genuine local bakeries and pubs with local vibes and local prices! There is also a bravo supermarket next to hotel, very convenient to pickup snacks and water for the day.

The staff provided exceptional hospitality, always greeting us with warm smiles and continuously asking how they could improve our stay, which was truly appreciated. The breakfast was amazing, featuring fresh fruits from their own garden. It's rare to find organic fresh fruits in hotels, and it was fantastic! We were also treated to delightful sweets, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and well-prepared, with daily cleaning and bed linen changes. Each day, we received a bottle of water, and the beds were very comfortable.

We were given a room with no natural daylight, blocked by the adjacent building, making it dark 24/7 and very uncomfortable. I didn’t request a change since our stay was only three nights, but this issue should be disclosed before booking. Staying in such a room was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the carpet flooring in both the room and hallway is outdated and needs replacement.

We stayed one night, after a round trip by car, in a room on the ground floor. Ideal is the fenced parking lot of the hotel, where we could park our rental car. The room was not that big, but very neatly and comfortable with good beds. Although we had a room in a corridor near the reception, the room was quiet because the rooms were separated from the reception with a door. The breakfast was served in the restaurant on our table; a joy to see and very tasty to eat, probably the best during our holiday. The location is not close to the centre/Fountain Square (about 25 minutes walk), but because of the quality of this hotel - and our earlier very disappointing experience with the Central Park Hotel - we did not bother.

We were welcomed as if we were family. The checkin process went fast and professional. Our room was on first floor and had everything we needed. Even soft bathrobes, fridge, kettle, quality toiletries. Outlets where we needed them. Great Wifi too. Enclosed shower stall. Tasteful decor. The bed and pillows we’re comfortable and linens good quality. Little did we know, the best was yet to come, the next morning breakfast, which btw was set up 30 minutes early because we needed to leave early, was THE breakfast of breakfasts. Fresh breads, and juice, cappuccino, and delicious ripe in seasonal fruits,mulberries, cherries, bananas, peaches and more. And if that wasn’t enough a huge selection of pastries, cookies nuts plus a choice of hot menu options. The location is near supermarkets and other shops. A Bolt taxi to Old Town is 3 manat.

The only thing we’re sorry about is that we didn’t stay here our first 5 days in Baku.

Everything, I truly felt like home. Elmar made us feel like home with his exceptional hospitality. I have never felt like I HAVE TO thank somebody over a review but after all the awesome service we have been provided, it’s fair to say that this is the best hotel to stay in by far. Breakfast menu was super delicious and they cook specifically to your liking so the food was always hot and fresh. The staff was super helpful and friendly, they speak really good English and they will take care of you VIP treatment. If you have 1% doubt, this is your sign to book here. Also, the surrounding area is super walkable and you can easily get to the subway from there. And if you have a car, they have their own parking space at the hotel.

1. Staff - Very hospitable, particularly during breakfast. Explain everything that's in the room during check-in. We had an early check-out (before the hotel's breakfast schedule) on our last day, we truly appreciated that the staff gave us bottles of water and something to eat while going to the airport. My husband even thought it might be a family (staff) owned business because of the extent of service they give to their guests. 2. Breakfast - The staff prepares the table with a light savoury breakfast and then, offer and serves the main breakfast and drinks according to your choice. Lots of choices for drinks and sweets. My husband and I were delighted with their breakfast and service. 3. Hotel/Room - Modern aesthetic hotel/room. The hotel has a nice ambiance. Has one floor for the hotel rooms, hence, there isn't an elevator. 4. Location - Quite near to the tourist attractions and busy streets like Nizami. Has lots of restaurants, cafes and stores around the vicinity. Overall, we love our stay in Home Boutique Hotel. We had been in different hotels (5 stars and 4 stars) during our nine days stay in Azerbaijan (Baku and Shahdag). This hotel exceeded our expectations. Aside from the aesthetically pleasing design of the hotel, the staff are one of the best assets of the hotel. 💜

During my recent stay at the Home Boutique Hotel in Azerbaijan, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional warmth and hospitality of the staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine care and attentiveness, making me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. The culinary experience at the hotel was another highlight. Very nice small hotel (four rooms, as far as I got) with its own character. Extremely friendly and caring staff (11 out of 10), everything is clean, a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, and bars just around the hotel. Entirely worth its money, I indeed reccommend.

the hotel is beautiful, the room and bathroom are clean, the bed is comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. the breakfast buffet offers a huge amount and variety of delicious foods: sweet, salty, hot dishes as well. besides you can get any breakfast drink you wish for. the staff is extremely pleasant and so thoughtful, i really felt cared for! whatever you need they will get out of their way to help you with it and make sure your stay is special. i really enjoyed my time and would definitely come back!

at first i was surprised that the rooms are on the ground floor but the facilities and the area are very safe so it was absolutely no problem.

What an amazing experience! Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Clean and cozy. The best service that I’ve ever had in my entire travel, they gave me the best services during my stay. They always make sure it’s reach high level of satisfaction. I got free upgrade on the second day of course this was unpredictable. Thank you for all the staff specially Mr. Elmar and Ms. Elmira for always ready to assist me. Tasty and various breakfast. I’ll definitely come back if I got another chance to visit Baku again. Highly recommended. It’s 11 out of 10.
