i like how they treat you very professionally, specially Mr. Aghali in the reception and Mrs. Ayda in the restaurant, both of them are super professional and i must go to them every morning to say hello. i like the way they treated me and how they fix the issue in my room within minutes. Also not to forget the sweet lady in the night shift, she is a super professional lady with magnificent capabilities of hospitality.

they did not allow us to open the AC as it was super hot in the afternoon.

Everything was good. Housekeeping staff was so nice and friendly.

The sound from night clubs around was crazy. At one time, I felt like dancing. But it might be comfortable for people who are planning to sleep around 10:00-11:00.

The hotel is ideally located, just 2 minutes walk to Nizami Street. It’s very clean and they changed bed sheets and towels daily. The Managers were very helpful especially Mr. Abdur Rehman and Aida. I reached early morning to hotel and requested for an early check in and Mr. Abdur Rehman checked me in at 9 am. Over all highly recommended for visitors who want to explore this city.

Liked everything . Location, staff, cleanliness. The location is great, close to everything and the hotel is on a quiet street. This is not the first time I have been staying at this hotel. Price, quality is fully consistent. Advice communicate with the staff without problems, if something does not suit you, just let me know and everything will be great. Communicate with notes of humor and positive will not leave you for the entire period of your stay. Thanks to the manager, a very adequate young man, he understands the main thing perfectly. They asked for a standart room and they are waiting for us with champagne in 5 minutes in a deluxe room for the same price. Thanks to all.

Being in the town close to everything with this amount of money is unbelievable and with the great employees help and guidance it was an exceptional stay. You feel that you are surrounded by family members and friends and feel safe. I recommend the hotel for families. The space in the family sweet was very convenient and enough for four. It was a hall and separate room. We liked every thing. Ask for Abdulrahman he speaks arabic fluently, Agha Ali and Esraiel and they will take care of every single thing you need. They don't hesitate a second to help. In the restaurant, breakfast was good and simple but the generosity and kind smile of Aida there will make your everyday breakfast a wonderful experience.

All was great. Operating again the coffee section in the reception will be a plus. But absolutely nothing was missing it was a friendly welcoming atmosphere.

best in class location! nice room, great bed, super people at receptions and restaurant bathroom would need some renovation, but allover still 10+ excellent price/value-relation would stay at this hotel again photos on the web-page are actual and up2date!

Hotel location is good and in the center , shops and restaurants are near by , staffs were good and supportive , especially restaurant in charge Aida was shown with a high degree of traditional Azerbaijani hospitality while we have the breakfast at there , its with an amazing experience
