The guy at the recepetion was awesome. He assisted me a lot. Location is superb, everything is nearby.

The main point is not having a lift. But the guy at reception made it just easier by taking the luggage upstairs. Btw, other guy at night time was not so helpful, but I guess, he is not regular.

Loved staying here with my mom. The room was exactly like the photos, bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries. The hotel is located on a busy street close to everything, you can’t keep the balcony door open unless you like traffic noise, but that’s not a big deal to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel for a short stay.

The very first night we arrived very late around 2-3 am and we were told that the room we booked wasn’t available. At this time of night it would be a nightmare to start looking for another place and having to take a taxi so we agreed to stay in whatever they had available. We stayed in some apartment upstairs (in the same building) and it was probably one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed in my life. Thank god it was only for 1 night and we were able to get the room we booked the next day. To avoid this I think anyone should message the property before arrival and make sure they didn’t overbook you.

We visited Baku to attend the F1, this hotel is in perfect location for that as well as being central for everything. Balcony actually overlooked the F1 track. There were trees so would not recommend if you are planning to watch the race but as an extra it was amazing. Room was a good size. Good AC and hot water. Staff really helpful. All in all an excellent little budget hotel.

There are four flights of stairs and no lift, we expected this so was OK but worth bring aware of. Would have been good to have a small fridge.

The location of the property was perfect for exploring the city, and it was easy to find our way there. The staff members were helpful throughout. The balcony was also an excellent addition to the room.

It would have been great to have a fridge in the room. The room was comfortable and clean, but basic. Soundproofing was one issue though, the doors were very thin, and it is on a main road - this was fine for us, but worth noting for anyone else.

The hotel was very close to Nizami , 500 MTRS maximum, the Balcony room was fantastic with the city view , i could see the flames towers too . Amin catered for us very well , such a well behaved and professional guy he is . He helped us with the luggage, with the transport to airport. The hotel was very clean , with a cute little kitchen, great room service and it exceeded my expectations for the price we paid . Overall loved my stay at Baku

Great place! Spacious modern room, with everything needed in there, including AC. Walking distance to attractions, good restaurants and bars, boulevard and facilities (supermarkets, laundry, etc). Staff is welcoming and friendly. 24/7 reception. True that the hotel is located in historical building so flight of stairs is challenging but hotel staff is there for you to help with your luggage any time of day and night. I'd def come back to this hotel!

Excellent location, lots of closet space, very clean and new looking The staff is extremely friendly and helpful however they don’t speak too much English. They make good effort to understand and help you though. I liked the little kitchen area as well and they have 2 large fridges you can use as well as one small mini fridge in your room They address matters very promptly and make sure you’re happy

Only consideration is that they are up 4 flights of stairs. They do help with suitcases which is very kind of them but there is no elevator

Location of property was near tourist attractions like Nizami Street, Baku Eye, Chroniche and Highland Park.

Rooms were small and we had an issue with early check in as well and staff were not presenting any solutions for it. Staff needs to be more involved and welcoming.

Great location, has all the basics, reasonably clean, the hosts upgraded me at no additional cost to the nice balcony facing the street. Good price to convenience ratio.

The bathroom smells to sewage a bit, no elevator (third floor).
