I liked the location, the staff was amazing and very secretary, my wife phone lost and the cleaner found it … I appreciate her so much and hope her good life . I will come back again to the same hotel and she one of the important reason

The breakfast was good and the location was exceptionally good. All the attractions were just next to the property

The tour organized by the property could have been more imaginative- for example they can provide with a guide who can speak English and charge extra for it. We took a tour in the property's car but the driver hardly knew any English and it was just a drive- which turned out to be interesting- from Baku to Samaxi- the drive offers stunning landscape and a well laid highway.

excellent location, close to the old city and most attractions. On the major avenue by the sea (may be noisy if the room is a sea view). Breakfast is adequate and of good quality, nothing extravagant but pleasant. Clean and comfortable. We may have been upgraded to a suite so we enjoyed a spacious two room apartment with a large balcony. Very friendly and helpful personnel, some were not very good in English but this was not a real problem.

Could get noisy if you have area view room and it's Friday eve

The highlight of this hotel is its location. Walkable distance to Nasimi Street. 2 night stay was value for money.

Lobby was very small, but it is not a great problem.

The hotel was excellent with all the facilities being great specially the location which is but a few minutes walk from every tourist spot. Standing right across the Caspian Sea, the view is a pleasure to watch from the balcony. But Kamal the manager along with his team of Camilia, Salem, Sarhan and Afet to name a few, made it an exceptional holiday for me. Their efficiency in handling any ask was fantastic not to mention their attitude, politeness and pleasantness. The icing on the cake (literally) was my birthday being celebrated by them! Thank you so much Team Promenade and wish you'll the best :)

we had 3 pairs of friends with different adjacent room types, so the review is general for all of the types: perfect location, very polite staff. spacious rooms, fast internet, welcome present, restaurant on the rood open 24x7, wide choice of food during breakfast.

very bad smell on the street coming from constant traffic, no option to open windows or enjoy the balcony because of that smell noise coming from the traffic (in rooms facing the sea (main road). Friends whose room was facing internal street said it was pretty silent.
