Nordic Palace and spa

Everything was perfect but there wast two problems First that the bed sheets was little dirty when i arrived the room and second I wish that i could find at least a little fridge for the drinks other than that everything thing was perfect and the reception was so helpful.

I didn’t like that i got an extra charge for like 12 bd only because i booked by mistake for 1 day before the day i wanted and both of them wasn’t weekend So I don’t know why they charge me an extra .. that was what i didn’t like honestly

First at all I would like to thank the reception guys, I really surprised by the nice way they welcome us. Second thing to talk about is the clean of the room, I really was comfortable staying and sleeping in the room

Maybe its just my luck, there was no spa guys at the spa, so its just was one of things made me sad a bit. Other thing that I just can tell my advice that to provide some Items like a table tennis or maybe a table Billiards in the area, actually it will add a more happy moments to the visitors

The entrance to the parking lots is narrow and the upper parking lots are very narrow, dark and dangerous to go up and down.

I like everything and specially housekeeping supervisor it’s very good guy and helpful and thanks you so much for good service appreciate you you and your team only housekeeping department

I didn’t like the parking this a lot time I visit please just make maintenance parking because I already got accident with my car bumper a lot time last time was full bumper

The place is so nice, clean and quite which was the most important thing. the staff were so friendly and helpful for all our needs. I also, liked the location in terms of services close by. I will definitely come back here again.

I would like to recommend changing the sofa instead of leather.

The room was amazing and personnel available and always trying to meet our needs.

Apparently every room has a limited (and honestly low) number of liters of hot water. Not enough to have a relaxing shower or even to fulfill the bath, which is a pity. After running out of hot water you should wait 30 minutes before having it back.

Just spent our wedding anniversary in the royal suite and loved it! Will be coming back for sure! The jacuzzi in the room is huge

Everything was great. The staff were amazing. In particular the maintenance evening staff member Shahid (I hope I remembered his name correctly)

The only thing is that the Spa, was not functioning. It is sad because, it is in the name Nordic Palace and SPA!!

car park entrance and exit very steep and caused the hire car to scrape on entry and exit. The TV was also very poor signal and quality.

❤The hotel itself is clean and elegant. Everyone at this hotel was exceptionally kind and helpful during my stay. The staff were always ready to assist with whatever I needed, especially Rony at the reception. He went out of his way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is great as well. There is a mall just a short walking distance away with lots of shopping, a cinema and a large food court. I'll most definitely book a room here again the next time I come to Bahrain❤
