Smart TV in the room. All reception staff is very helpful 24/7 and provides swift assistance during the stay. Security and valet always greet you with a smile. Jeraldine from F&B has a very pleasant service demeanor. Rooftop swimming pool is a great perk. Close proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, and Seef Mall. Corridors and the room smell good and clean. Bedroom slippers and bathroom supplies are provided. Really great value for the price.

Nothing major, close attention to some marks on the blankets and on being generous to replacing the linens when servicing the rooms, this would have made the stay perfect. Overall a peaceful and very relaxing stay.

Only the staff in the lobby not the receptionist i think security in the lobby near the entrance young boy local he just meed to be trained a bit how to talk with human being just putting smile on the face not important if you dont know how to deal or talk with customers or anyone

Everything was perfect but there wast two problems First that the bed sheets was little dirty when i arrived the room and second I wish that i could find at least a little fridge for the drinks other than that everything thing was perfect and the reception was so helpful.

I didn’t like that i got an extra charge for like 12 bd only because i booked by mistake for 1 day before the day i wanted and both of them wasn’t weekend So I don’t know why they charge me an extra .. that was what i didn’t like honestly

I loved the bedding so comfy, the space is spacious and service is on point. Everything was on point in the room and i am definitely coming back! Special thanks to Duty Manager Mr Amer for his care about my stay. Also I had the pleasure of meeting Duty Manager Miss Taqua who also made my departure smooth to the airport. Nothing to complain about I look forward for the spa to reopen as they are having renovation all over.

The staff was very accommodating, we landed very early in the morning our check in wasn't till 3, we had few hours left to go I had my daughter we was very tired and the staff upgraded our room and gave us a room earlier then expected really appreciated it as we really needed the room to go sleep as we was so tires from the long journey. Housekeeping was excellent always topped everything up

Among the positives, I would note the extremely polite staff, who were always ready to help with any request. First of all, they allowed us early check-in and late check-out, which was very convenient since I was traveling with a small child. They brought adapters for the sockets and regularly replenished the water and tea supplies. Additionally, they offered a 50% discount on breakfast

The hotel building needs renovation

First at all I would like to thank the reception guys, I really surprised by the nice way they welcome us. Second thing to talk about is the clean of the room, I really was comfortable staying and sleeping in the room

Maybe its just my luck, there was no spa guys at the spa, so its just was one of things made me sad a bit. Other thing that I just can tell my advice that to provide some Items like a table tennis or maybe a table Billiards in the area, actually it will add a more happy moments to the visitors

Very spacious, breakfast is accepted with very limited variety but clean Reception staff and concierge are friendly and nice

2nd time to stay there and each day I have to reactivate the room key and ask for towels as the house keeping didn’t provide except after I ask for . There is no sense to book a private Jacoby room and each day I ask for towels
