Very accommodating staff, check in was smooth took time waiting for the room, no problem since I had lunch at the restaurant downstairs and I ended up getting a fabulous room facing the sea, they offered me late check out since my flight was later, thank you the two lovely ladies at the restaurant together with Ahmed and Abdou Atef for making me comfortable with the breakfast and meals. The spa has the best masseuse she helped me relieve tension TYSM :)

If the room service doesn’t hear a response from the first ring and it's not an emergency let the guest continue sleeping. They woke me up twice to ask if I needed room service. I got annoyed by that.

i liked the view . location , the hotel was very clean comfortable and easy to reach. very friendly and welcoming staff .especially the front desk ShetaTal . thanks for the amazing smile to all customers it can be seen behind the mask (: also we wont forget the moving star from the lounge to the restaurant mr. Edwin thanks for everybody .

I liked this hotel pretty much, location is perfect, room was large with amazing sea view and very comfortable, swimming pool area was good and relaxing, breakfast was excellent with variety of options. Best of all was the staff begining with Anabi at front desk who was very nice to allow us for early check in the day of arrival around 10 am and also for late check out, Ahmed and Edwin at water front restaurant were very helpful and always with great attitude to serve. Definitely I will come back to this hotel.

Everything was perfect.

The location is great. Great value for money. Amazing views. Everything feels new. Room decor has a very modern feel. Friendly staff, always keen to help. Restaurants have a small but very high quality menu Great pool, good quality gym. Nice attention to detail in the rooms, including bathroom scales!

Some dust in the rooms, possibly due to low occupancy due to recent lockdowns in Manama. Only having one staff member on reception can sometimes cause a slight delay.

The location is fantastic, the room views specifically the ones with sea view like mine is amazing, the swimming pool and the fitting room are really nice and the staff and guards are very helpful, people in the reception and in the restaurant are professional and helpful.

The restaurant prices are very high compared to the real ones outside. for the cleaning it is nice, but I suggest leaving more soap and shampoo after the everyday cleaning.

Everything was great, room service,housekeeping and reception staff was courteous, polite, attentive and helpful.Food was very tasty. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable :-)

Only downside was bed mattrace, which was way too soft and connecting doors, which allow you to hear absolutely everything from connected room.

-Location - size of Chalet - Parking - Number of rooms were good - Lights, rooms facilities were excellent - Private Pool was good with good water temperature - Beds are comfortable - AC was excellent

- Sofas were little dirty and need to be cleaned - Area around private swimming pool is not clean specially the tiles between the plantation was having lot of sand - My booking was free cancellation up to 6:00pm on the arrival day in spite of that ,they send me three emails to pay four days before arrival which was not good . - TV channels were little. - TV are almost very close to wall which we can’t connect the play station comfortably - Rates of Chalets are high. - There no guide for the prayer direction inside the chalet. - The technician who clean the pool entered the pool from outside without permission .

the location is amazing, it is close to everything, around 3 minute drive to city center Bahrain and everything else is close by too the breakfast buffet is superb, and the waiters are very friendly and helpful the spa in the hotel is great as well they celebrated Saudi National Day in the buffet which was lovely

the rooms were not soundproof the pool is small bed is not too comfortable

Excellent location, fantastic views of the Arabian Sea. The room was fantastic, thanks to the reception staff, I think his name was Milton, very help, friendly and went out of his way to help me, thank you! Very spacious, awesome views from the wall to wall, floor to ceiling window. Very clean with good facilities. All staff were fantastically helpful and polite, they went out of their way to help and advice. Great experience in the Spa too in particular Lucky, professional and very experienced in her art, highly knowledgeable. Great pool area and the food was very good.
