The hotel is located in a very nice area in the middle of the city which I found really practical and convenient. It’s a big hotel and very nicely designed. The minute I entered I was very well welcomed and the check-in process was very good and fast. The receptionist Mustafa was so friendly and polite which made me feel so comfortable and special as if I’m a frequent guest… The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom size is really good and all needed amenities are available. I can’t really think of anything that might be missing from the room.

The toilet seat is placed too close facing the wall.

Extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating staff. I mean seriously accomodating. 3 minutes walking distance from the local market with local shops and local restaurants. Spotless clean. Very comfortable rooms. Everything worked in the room which is rare in hotels. Beautiful breakfast area and the best staff I came across in the breakfast service.

Road congestions while driving to the hotel but shouldnt be a problem if you use taxis. Smaller breakfast serving area impacting the cuisines diversity by a little.

The housekeeping team were very vigilant, the reception team were swift and very friendly. Every Intercontinental property I visit has classic luxury ambience in the lobby, which matches my taste.

I have asked the concierge for an apple watch charger because I forgot mine and he politely mentioned that it was not available, which I completely understand, however, for someone who carries two golden keys from Les Clefs dÓr you would expect a more competent response such as: ''allow me to check and get back to you'' or ''May I recommend places that sell the item you are looking for''

The stay was so amazing , everything was more than perfect, the room was so nice , clean. I want to thanks Benson at the reception he was soooo helpful and so kind :) Also i want to thanks Mounir at the rooftop Pool he was soo kind and always smiling Cant wait to visit this Luxury Hotel again 😍 thank you all much love ❤️

Nothing everything was awesome

Location was close to the souk downtown, so lots to explore. Hotel was very nice, and so were the staff. The food in the restaurants were excellent, as well as the service. Pool bar was very good service, always with welcome drinks and water. Room service, housekeeping were very attentive.

One can hear the A/C compressors at the pool, they were located above the restaurant building. That takes away from the pool oasis feel, with the background humming noise.

Nice Staff, Iconic landmark of Bahrain since my childhood, its in the heart of Bahrain. Nice breakfast. If you want to check out local Manama street then this is the place to stay. Also the restaurants & other amenities are just fine. - Since I was looking for a quiet retreat yet in the city centre.

getting to hotel if you driving was a nightmare, as the roads in front was always jam packed & the valet parking would take some time to bring the car back like 30 mins at time. It was a huge issue if your trying to keep up appointments. Otherwise it was great.

Great central location with easy access and parking. Nice restaurants, including a great steakhouse. Very neat indoor pool. Friendly people and generally good price/quality

Very dark rooms - tiny windows, so fully reliant on electricity. Understand that it is a very hot country, so limited sunlight is generally welcomed. However, way too dark still.

The hotel was amazing with a very central location. The room was very clean, it had a very comfortable bed and pillows which helped me have a very good sleep. After that the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of international and local food and fresh fruit juice. I would like to thank Ms. Remy, Ms. Malak and Mr. Eray from reception and Mr. Flippos and Mr. Kamal from Steak House for all their help and hospitality.

We loved EVERYTHING! From the moment we arrived and were greeted with by the grand entrance, through to check in and our bags being brought up to our room. Our room preferences being met and the breakfast options as well as all the helpful, attentive, approachable and very professional staff. There was nothing that wasn't disliked, everything was 10/10 and all the staff were amazing. To name a few: Stephanie, Frederick, Honey as well as ALL the Selections staff at the breakfast area 10 out of 10! Rajesh who cleaned out room quite regularly and always approached us with his lovely smile and ensured our room was cleaned and left to high standards. Also, Umar who checked us in and luckily enough was able to check us out of the hotel.
