Great location, friendly staff, beautiful interiors, comfortable room

The hotel is not fully finished and a lot of workers still finishing the construction. Spa was expected to be open but is not. Corporate groups slightly lessen the peaceful atmosphere. Standard bedroom fairly small but well equipped.

It is beautiful in a perfect location.

The AC could not be controlled from the room only front desk. Everything in terms of restaurants was closed.

we only stayed there for 1 night and on the morning the fire alarm (only in our room) went off. Hotel didnt think it was necessary to call the room or even apologize. i called the reception and they told us they were ‘aware’ of it and thats it. When we checked out the only reaction we got was ‘sorry, the fire alarm was not on the planning’ and nothing more than that. I was very disappointed, especially for the name that the hotel has…

Tastefully renovated monastery, stellar facilities and wonderful staff.

The check in process could have been a little smoother. We were asked to wait in the lobby and were left unattended for close to 10min which felt a bit odd. Other guests received hot towels while we didn’t. The rest of the stay went smoothly though, so that was just a minor detail but it’s important to get everything right from start to finish at this standing

The location of the Hotel, near the Central station and the city center while away from the noise and next to a beautiful botanic garden make this place the perfect location. The breathtaking beauty of the buildings inside and outside, the incredible choice of outstanding cuisines and the great professionalism care and kindness of the staff make it the absolute place to stay.

The best party about the hotel is dealing with the extremely friendly, professional, and hospitable staff of the hotel. Also the hotels cleanliness and gym/spa is better than most in the region.

The old infrastructure of having separate toilet and shower rooms. It's more of the infrastructure of the past rather than the hotel itself.

there is just one thing that I didn’t understand, in our lovely room there was a big plant and we noticed that was a fake plant. for a place that is called Botanic Sanctuary, we found that very strange 😃

Everything about the hotel was beautiful— luxurious with beautifully designed spaces. The entrance area is bright and airy with tons of plants, the bar is lush and inviting… our suite was also gorgeous and full of character (exposed beams, etc). I travel often but would also say that it’s been a long time since I’ve encountered this level of service at a 5-star hotel. Every member of staff was welcoming, helped immediately at all times, and made us feel special/ taken care of.

Room was a bit small. I think families with babies are kept in a specific aisle of the building that has smaller rooms.

room was great, super friendly staff, extreme clean (room was also cleaned in the evening when we were out), great breakfast, comfterable bed. The location is a true experience. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway
