The location is perfect. It is walking distance to all the main sites and right off a square with numerous restaurants with patio tables - perfect for afternoon drinks. The staff was very hospitable and accomodating. The rooms have all the necessities and as a bonus, come with a complimentary champagne and small snack pack. There are several parking garages nearby that are a reasonable price. The breakfast area is decorated well and the offerings were extremely tasty.

Loved the location, the outdoor space that included an amazing view, outdoor shower and sauna. Was so grateful this hotel was in walking distance to EVERYWHERE I went. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Appreciate the 4:30 wine and snacks. Enjoyed the lobby space during the morning and afternoon as well. Comfortable and relaxing. So fortunate to get to be a part of an art exhibition of Tio while staying here.

The room was a bit small for two people

Fantastic location, really friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable and really stylish! I stay there every time I go to Antwerp.

I only had an issue with the light under the bed. It doesn't switch off. To switch it off one has to switch off electricity so you cannot charge your phone or have a fan on if you want to switch off that light.

We booked a junior sweet and the room was a nice size. We had street view and a fireplace. Separated bathroom and toilet were very convenient. Armchairs in the room were perfect for enjoying our welcome drink. Beds were quite narrow but comfortable. My friend didn't like the pillow but for me it was fine. The room was quiet: of course there is some noise from the street, we were in the city centre but we barely heard other guests. Everything was nice and clean. Afternoon apero in the bar was a nice extra, barman very friendly and snacks nice and tasty. We didn't order hotel breakfast, so no comment about that. There was a list of things to do during that weekend we visite Antwerpen in the bar.

Towels were changed even though they were hanged and not on the floor. Hand soap was thrown away and replaced by a new one. The room got quite hot and we were not able to switch on the airco to cool the room down (luckily it was getting colder outside so opening the window finally cooled down enough). One person at the reception was not overly friendly. She wasn't impolite but looked rather indifferent. The friendly and smiling barman made up for it though :)

Situated in the heart of the city, lots of hustle and bustle restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The downstairs seating area and outside sitting room.

A bit on the pricy side. The room although as described was looking rather tired. The hotels outside seating area was closed in the evening. The pre plated breakfast meant that there was lots of food that we wouldn't normally have chosen from a buffet selection on our plate, which meant a lot of items not being eaten and ending up in the bin.

we chose to stay at Banks because of the amaIng location and because I had stayed there about 6 years ago and loved it. It was an amazing stay again this time! Lovely staff, nice interior and we had an amazing room with a great view of the ferris wheel and the Onze Lieve Vrouwen Kathedraal.

slighty messy showers because it was level with the floor, so quite a lot of water on the bathroom floor

The receptionist was more the helpful the ladies name was Marian she help us so much we even bought her a bunch of flowers before we went home what a lovely lady.

The room was nice nice but wasn’t much room

Bubbles offered at arrival. Snacks in the afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was very hot in the room. And although we had a fan it was still quite warm. The ironing board we borrowed was missing some soft padding and had some red melted stuff in it.

Room was too small, after 8:30 pm we didn’t have access to the garden or lobby, the access was blocked

The hotel was exceptional! The room was exactly as advertised, perfect location with bars, restaurants and tram station within 5 mins walk. The free drinks and nibbles in the bar every afternoon was a lovely touch! Hosts made us feel very welcome.

Having to go home!! Would have loved to stay another few days.
