We stayed for 1 night at this very modern yet cozy hotel. Location was excellent, in the centre but not very close to noisy streets. Beds were comfy, good size room and no noise from adjacent rooms/outside. Great breakfast, including waffles (they give you the dough, so you just have to pour it on the waffle maker), many choices of bread, eggs, hams, etc.

Paid parking was available at +20€/night. Understandable as the hotel is located in the city centre. Since we arrive after 7pm and were going to stay for 1 night, we decided to park outside just in front of the hotel (at 3€ per hour), as after 9pm the outside parking was for free, until 9am the next day (you can pay in the parkmeter also for the next day). We only stayed until 11am, so parking outside was cheaper for us.

I think the hotel is in a good location, about 15-20 minutes from the old town. The staff was very helpful. There are no lights behind the hotel at night, but this is only scary at first sight. The room was correct, comfortable, had everything we needed. There was plenty of food to choose from at breakfast. The bed was comfortable. We liked this place.

Parking costs 25 euros a night, but that seems to be pretty much the default price in Belgium - in some places it's even more expensive (but it still seems like a lot). However, you don't have to leave the car park by cheking out - the car can stay there until the afternoon.

Large, clean room fitted with just the required equipment to spend a good weekend. Good breakfast buffet with a bit of everything to suit all tastes. Nice welcoming staff. Possibility to leave luggage upon arrival if checking in early and room not ready yet. Same at departure: luggage is kept safe for free. Location suited our needs since we were going to a festival taking place 500 meters from this hotel.

We were unlucky enough to have loudly speaking neighbours on our first night and this has shown the rooms are not that soundproof. No issue on second night though.

Breakfast was varied, both in savoury and sweet items, the fresh fruit salad was particularly appreciated every morning! We liked the fact that we could make our own waffles though we were not very good at it! The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location was quite good, just a few minutes from the harbour with the MAS building and the many restaurants and the tram stop was just across the road.

It would have been good if there had been a greater variety of cereals. Also, I would have preferred if there had been semi-skimmed milk and low fat yogurts. We didn't like the noisy air conditioning which was needed as it was very hot during our stay and opening the window would not have been sufficient.

Big and very comfortable room. It had everything we needed: nice shower, hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee, lots of space. Breakfast was also great! there was even a possibility to prepare Belgium waffles for yourself 🥰 The location is also great! close to the railway station, city center.

The hotel is near the road so it’s a bit noisy. And also there was a weird smell of cleaning stuff in the room.

Bicycles can be parked in the underground parking in a locked area. The area around the hotel is quite nice and still close to the centre (20 min walk). Simple and efficient room. Breakfast is good, but nothing special.

There are no charging facilities in the underground parking. We charged the batteries in the room, which isn't great because of the fire hazard.

This hotel is reasonably priced, with easy access by car. Car parking is provided, at a price. The room was not luxurious, but good enough considering the price. Bathroom was clean. Very good breakfast.

Access to the hotel by car is a bit tricky, On my first visit I had to make a U turn because my GPS gave me the wrong directions.

Breakfast was great. There were a variety of items to choose and the food was fresh. The room was clean and really loved it. Location is in a very clean and quiet area and the tram line is just infront of the Hotel which is very covenenient to get to the centre. The building itself is beautifully designed and love to look at it from a distance.

In the room I have found : - dust and dirt on the coffee /tea tray - unpleasant smell ( toilet pipes ?) in the room - trouble to open window for room refreshment

The location of the hotel is great. It's not right in the busy center, but you can walk there in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Parking right next to the hotel, nice staff and great breakfast.

There is nothing I can fault. For this price, the hotel has all the appropriate facilities and services.
