Customer service was fantastic, staff very helpful. Our room was great value for money. The bed was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in. The kitchen was very useful with two young children. Our room was spacious for two young boys to play in and you can get English children’s cartoon channels to entertain them too. Hotel is next to great transport link into the centre.

This is not something I didn’t like but it’s Just a suggestion, offer a map and directions and instructions of how to use public transport. On the first day we walked into the centre as we did not know where the trams were or anything about them and it’s quite a distance. A little information would be helpful to guests.

Good location for a short stay! Tram stop just 5 min away, staff very helpful, luggage storage without any extra costs, possibility for a late check out and they were able to accommodate my initial room requests!

Rooms were cleaned but dusty, especially on the side of the chairs and other furniture. We barely used them since we were mostly out or in bed but it would have been nice to have the option to sit in a clean chair. Tip for the housekeeping manager’s to inspect the sides of the chairs and other furniture also cause this can be a place where bloodsuckers might breed! Also it wasn’t possible to open the windows for fresh air, you have aircon but would have been nice to have that option! Important to note that these details didn’t hinder our stay! We had a lovely time!

Good, rich and various breakfast (both sweet and salted) with pancakes machine ( that I loved!), room always clean and comfy, free sauna (and gym) open till 23h. Receptionists always nice and very helpful. WiFi really working.

Nothing to complaint, except the fact that the room didn't have a "central light", but three different little lamps to illuminate the room (over the entrance, on the table, and on the night table): that made the room a little dark (Belgium is not such a sunny country...) And maybe an iron in the room could be helpful.

The hotel is nice for business stay nearby Antwerp, though a bit far from center. We had a car and it was not a problem to drive to the center, and taking public transport may be even better. But it is excellent place if one has business outside of the city and avoid traffic. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Rooms are ok but bathroom certainly needs some renovation, it was difficult to adjust the shower. Otherwise, good place to stay.

Do not count on the parking garage, we had a luck but it is very small and easily occupied. No reservation, and costly. There are plenty of free parking outside the hotel on the streets about 5 min walking distance.

Reception stuff did not prepare invoice twice. We stayed two nights, but different reservations. I left data for invoice and asked to prepare it for check out, However twice it was not ready and we spent additional 15 minutes on reception waiting and providing data again

the customer’s service was absolutely amazing, i was here with a friend both under the age of 18 and they let us stay here with paperwork from our parents. they were super nice. The transport to Antwerp central was ideal and we had no problems whatsoever. The rooms were very clean and it was a good price for the room.

The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were really helpful and friendly and did everything they could to assist us. Our room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and have nothing negative to say.

Breakfast has everything: fresh bread, eggs, cold cuts, drinks, milks, yoghurt, pancakes .. you name it! We also had dinner - choices and quality are good. Bed is huge and room is big enough for an extra bed - was the 3 of us. Staff both at reception and at a restaurant pleasant and helpful. There is free parking few minutes walk and they give you instructions for it at the reception.

I would only change the curtains in the bathtub - It worked well, but it's just personal preference since I always feel you can never keep them properly cleaned.

Very nice staff. I got a clean and large room There was a decent choice for breakfast. On top of that, this was St.Nicholas' night, so the initiative of the hotel to offer a treat to those who dare put their shoes in front of the door for the night to discover a gift in a shoe in the morning was excellent :=) The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city but close to De Singel cultural centre (great venue, indeed, worth recommending), which was the purpose of my trip.

Everything was good only because of i came from another side i didnt see a hotels logo on the roof because of 2 buildings are near to each other and i had to little better watch google map and understand that hotel is back the building i see
