The staff were very attentive and polite and the facilities were well kept. For security and peace of mind I was able to park my motorcycle right next to the hotel on the adjoining car park. It was nice sitting having a beer from the hotel bar after a long day in the saddle.
I struggled to communicate effectively with some staff as they did not speak any English, which is more a failing on my part as I hadn't been to Europe for some time which meant my communication skills were very rusty. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which would have been nice. The attic room I stayed in was very warm and I struggled to get comfortable when going to sleep, but the room fan along with open windows helped eventually.

Lovely old fashioned hotel at the edge of town, with its own brasserie and Orval vieillie ! That alone is worth coming for. Room was small, but I chose it consciously as it was on the top floor. Bathroom nice, bed comfy, the window looking to a large square in front of the hotel. Where amongst other things you can park for free. Friendly receptionist and his father ? A very familial feel to the whole establishment. Croquettes. Did I say Orval vieillie ? Orval vieillie !!
The brasserie food was a bit of a letdown, a pity. Croquettes (which they confusingly call fondue) excellent, Carbonnade and the other main less so. Next time I am going to go for a bigger room, albeit not on the top floor and stick to the crocquettes and Orval.

A charmingly lovely little hotel full of character and positioned perfectly in the heart of the town. Bouillon is a marvellous little town: stunning scenery, lovely restaurants and bars. The hotel staff we as friendly as all the other locals we met. My garret room was basic but clean tidy and comfortable. Hot water was plentiful, and the room dry and airy.
Not much to dislike about this place. The hotel was an older establishment but that just added to its character. Everything was well maintained and clean.

Gorgeous location right below the castle on the bank of the river with a lovely outside space. We had a clean and comfortable room with a bath and shower. The food was excellent - especially the Ardennes sharing plate and the fresh local trout. The staff were all so friendly and helpful we felt they were pleased to make our stay a pleasure
The room was quite small with a partly sloping ceiling. We were fine with that but some people might find it awkward

This hotel really has atmosphere! Situated in the centre of town, next to the river, with views of the castle. The interior is faux art-nouveau, which gives it a certain style. Restaurant is cosy and had good food.
A bit older, a bit nosy, clean but not super clean. Breakfast could be better, fresher.

For me the most important items are a bed (quality of the mattress and quilt) and a bathroom. Both were great. I slept very well, the bathroom was very clean, water well pressured and hot. All I needed was there. Staff was helpful, we could leave our bags at the reception before and after check-in. There is a quite large outdoor restaurant/bar area, so it is possible to eat/drink out even with the current covid restrictions.
It would have been good to have an electric kettle in the room to boil up some water. We ordered breakfast and it was rather average - coffee could have been better and perhaps some real fruits instead of the processed ones.

First of all one of the most beautiful city that we have ever been. The staff is extremely friendly. The room was really clean and we didnt hear anything from outside and they accepted our pet too. Really nothing to complain. Breakfast was really delicious.

The hotel is at a great location next to the river and under the Bouillon castle. It seems that it's a family business and I liked that. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The rooms was clean, a bit small, but they met our expectations. We could also see the castle by our window! It was beautiful at night! The breakfast was rich, tasty and homemade. Unfortunately we could stay only for one day, but I totally recommend it and I hope to have the chance to visit it again!

Hotel location is fantastic - neighbouring Godfrey of Bouillon castle and Semoise river. Free parking just in front of the hotel. Room was clean and rather sizeable. Hotel is run by a family - very nice and friendly people.
Price was rather expensive taking into account low season (not many tourists was visible in Bouillon) and character of the hotel as well as selection for the breakfast (rather limited).

Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar offered a nice, regional selection of food and beer. Bouillon is such a quaint town with historic significance.
