The hotel was very nice. I hadn't realised it was a hotel without staff until the day before, it worked really well! I was given was a code for the doors and easily found my room. The room was clean and well equipped. It had a tiny fridge, a set of cutlery and a coffee machine. The beds were comfy. I would definitely stay again, very good value for money!

In my room in particular (I don't know what it is like for the other rooms) the sliding doors for the toilet didn't close properly and looked a bit precarious. The sensor lights in the shower and toilet were very strange. They would turn off every few seconds while I was in the shower. It wasn't a huge problem as I just waved my arms. But it was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very nice stay though and I would definitely come again!

Loved the modern design of the room, the private (almost secret) balcony formed within the roofslope and the rooflight over the bed. The shower cubicle opening directly off the room was an ingenious use of the limited space but the room didn't feel overly small.

Not many surfaces for putting toiletries etc. Not really a complaint but be aware to look out for the email soon after your booking confirmation which gives the code you would need to access the building and your room -it can be fairly easily missed and there is no reception for checking in.

Very easy for find and instructions given to access the building/room was easy to follow. The room was cosy, clean and the bed was uber comfy. The little outdoor terrace in the top room was such an awesome touch.

Only comment would be to add a rubber to the bottom of the shower door. Apologies to the owners as we did discover water leaking on the floor mid shower.

Great location, room seems recently renovated.

We stayed on the base floor room. The room simply didnt have a door to the bathroom. Not even a slide door, a curtain, nothing! It was an open space between bedroom and the bathroom. But there was a weird door from the bathroom to the outdoor hall, which was very weird...

Loved the interior and the location, as well as the contact-free arrangement. The room had everything one needs! View was lovely and little balcony definitely a plus.

Would be nice to have a chair to sit inside the room when it's getting colder. Didn't want to move the balcony chair as afraid of scratching the floor.

Simple and Straightforward - the room was clean, has all basic amenities, and is commensurate with the price. The hotel is also located very close to the stations and main tourist center. So thats a plus!

Toilet and Shower spaces were a little crammed.

Only few minutes from Old City. Very comfortable bed. Nice price and easy check in or out.

Nothing so important. Maybe one chair can be useful. Little weird with shower and toilet in the closet but we had fun. LOL!

Issue with staff communication. No info/email about check-in codes until way over 3pm.

TV didn't work ( we made a call, TV was fixed and stopped working again). The shower is very small, and can be difficult to use for big people.

Location was great. Self check-in was handy. bed was very comfy. there was coffee machine in the room and coffee capsules and tea. the room also had cutlery and plates.
