i absolutely love the location and the theme of this hotel. room was clean and tidy even so was the cheapest i could find in the hotel as we were only staying for 1 night, however i am a returning customer as we stayed last in 2013 and we loved hotel staff is kind and friendly, the internal swimming pool was good and not very deep if you worried about kids. restaurant have a good menu and is very nice there in did. breakfast complete with the choice of hot cold food. parking is available to. hotel staff spoke good English. i enjoyed so much I'm actually thinking next time we got time off to spend some days there (probably with upgrade room) ideally will will try to get one of the villas on the back of the hotel as they awesome. merci

the room we stay needs better illumination on the bathroom (a couple extra lights would do the trick) the shower head was a bit to low but i'm 198cm tall anyone under this high will be fine. there is some maintenance under going (as usually will be happening everywhere)but personally i think the painters(or maintenance staff) should leave the place were they work tidy.one last observation the outside surroundings need to be tidy up.

It's a great location in the middle of a forest. Great outdoors, we hope to come again in better weather. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The little wooden houses are extremely cute. Room was quite big. Free and wide parking. Lots of food options in the area, and there's a restaurant in the hotel as well.

Pool was a bit cold. Breakfast is too expensive. It's true, rooms' noise isolation is not great and some guests decided before 7 am and after 11 pm are good hours to chat loudly.

The twin rooms are quite big and cozy. We even had a small terrace. Bathroom was big. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Open buffet style. The indoor pool was nice. Not too deep and a bit small but that was not a problem for us. Very nice outdoor restaurant terrace and a small pond.

Carpets in the room seemed dirty. The water in the shower would drain very, very slow and after both me and my partner took a shower, half the bathroom floor was wet. Outdoor terrace chairs were not cleaned for quite a while. We could hear people talking outside our room.

My children and myself had a family room. The wifi was very good in our room, whilst this was not the case with friends who stayed in room 226. The hotel is very clean and is located in a tranquil environment, near the forrest and luxurious villa's. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a big plus with children of 9 & 12, as the weather was too bad to go for a walk in the forest. The eating facility in the room, due to Covid, was not super comfortable, but that is due to circumstances. We certainly advise this hotel to other people.

There is little space to eat comfortably in the room. Also, we didn't find any place to dry the used towels in between showers or after the swimming pool. We used the cupboard doors, but surely this cannot be the purpose :-)

I thought breakfast was overpriced for what it was but it was convenient and glad it was served. Although I stayed by myself I do find a window between the shower and the bedroom a bit odd. The bed wasn't as comfortable for me as I would have liked but that is personal, it is a good mattress..

Nice friendly staff. Being an animal lover I found the hotel cats wonderful. Food was lovely.

To find one evening (especially on the hottest weekend) the indoor swimming pool had been drained and it’s been turned into a fitness room!

The food,service and particularly the location. Hotel has an eco theme and the wooded surroundings added to that. Really peaceful and relaxing .

A bit of room maintenance was needed. No restaurant facilities after breakfast on Sunday however, we knew this beforehand. The window looking into the bathroom seems odd and would put off some people.

Room was well appointed, however mattress left a little to be desired. Breakfast was good with good variety. Hotel grounds were very nice and accomodating.

The mattress, while not horrible, left a little to be desired. Pillows were small.

Apart from the black painted walls and the clear glass partition between the shower and bedroom which we found a bit "bizarre", we found the hotel excellent.
