Very nice hotel in good location. I could even park my car just in front of the entrance in the street. Check-in and check-out were pretty simple. Unusual room and quite enough space for family of 3: extra bed was for free for our kid although the main bed was so large that we could sleep altogether on it :)

The view from the room didn't meet our expectations - there was a panoramic city-view from upper floors on attached photos in my reservation. However in reality we lived on the 1st floor, and window was looking just on the wall, which was about 5-10 meters in front of us.

Breakfast was good and the position excellent. the staff was kind and really helpful

it was not possible to set the room temperature (blocked on fix settings depending on the season) and was also not possible to open the window... so i suffered a bit the first night because it was too hot. then i checked under the bed in order to pick up some stuff that i dropped and it was really dirty (i could see the rests of former customers...)

The location was quiet & central with private paid parking. The hotel was very stylish & original, as it was an old church ~ we had a fabulous window in our room. The room was clean, had a large comfy bed & decent hanging space for clothes & luggage. The bathroom well lit with a magnifying mirror! (Always a plus). The restaurant served bistro-style food which was very good & they adapted to GF dietary requirements both in the evening & at breakfast which was also good. The staff were friendly & welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Only negative comment - it would have been good to have an EV charger in the car park.

Our two fourth floor rooms had remote controlled shades. Narrow twin beds. Excellent breakfast buffet style with a pancake maxima kids loved.

Hallway floors are black, rooms are small, had funky pillar in the rooms, rooms very small, overpriced for what it is. Not my dream. Had booked connecting rooms, but learned at hotel that the property doesn’t have any. Received several emails offering upgrades and spa treatments, wish they had just told me that they had no connecting rooms.

The hotel is located not far from the city center but was not difficult to drive to. The reception was very friendly upon arrival and offered parking at the location. I was shown my room and the air conditioner was already on so the room was very cool, something I very much appreciated since it was very humid outside. The room was very nice with a huge bathtub, small kitchen, separate shower with toilet room, and a lovely bed. The room was very quiet despite the city outside which was also really nice!

There was a small mixup with the code to enter the second building but this was resolved quickly by the reception. A simple mistake, no big deal. The air vent in the bathroom seemed to have gathered a lot of dust in it. I have seen this in many hotels, not a deal breaker for me, just an attention to detail I was not looking for but happened to catch my eye. The parking was nice but when I went down for breakfast I noticed more cars than parking spaces. It seems it was overbooked so depending on when someone would like to check out this may cause an issue as some cars were blocked in. Very small things in comparison to other hotels and I would not let this discourage me from staying here again.

An amazing hotel. Quirky but in a good way. This hotel is a converted church so much of the internal architecture reflects that. Our room was enormous. We booked a deluxe double. Very clean. Staff helpful. A short walk to the main square. A good choice for one night stop on the way to Calais.

Unfortunately we visited over a Sunday night so the bar and restaurant was closed. So couldn’t sample all the hotel offers. We did have a very good meal at Roberto’s Italian restaurant nearby. An authentic small Italian restaurant. But get the hotel to book a table in advance as it is very popular.

Reception very friendly , helpful and spoke English . On site restaurant was pleasant and had good food choices with reasonable price point . Good inside bike storage . Elevator to upper floors . Our room was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the town center and many restaurants and shops .

Hallways to the rooms were very dark and sinister appearing mostly due to extensive use of black paint on walls and ceiling and dark carpet . It truly was a bit off putting but as I said before - the room was quite nice . Not too sure of rationale for foreboding hallways but there they are !

Central to Mons, with only a short walk to the town centre. Lovely hotel in a converted church, so a lot of the rooms have some unusual features. Great dining area and bar, with friendly staff, definitely recommend when on a visit to the bustling centre of Mons

Unable to open the windows, so difficult to control the room temperature as the air con seemed to remain on high. Otherwise a comfortable and well run establishment.

The design of the hotel is unique - it is a real work of art. The interior of the church is combined with thematic modern decorations. Almost every room has a name instead of the number. The rooms are decorated according to their names. I do not want to open all the secrets for future guests to be pleasantly surprised.

A room with stained glass window was promised to me, but not given. The window in my room was beautiful, but not stained. The conditioner did not work. Things happen, but the management of the hotel should have provided fans in this case or at least apologize for the inconvenience and offer some compensation (a free cup of coffee or a glass of wine - I do not mean, that we could not pay for co

The location was very central. The car parking was good value, secure and connected to the hotel, which was a bonus as we did initially think it was 50 metres away. The feature windows were beautiful in the bedroom that we upgraded. The bar cocktails were tasty.

A chaise long in the window would have worked well. A full length mirror would have been good.
