Excellent stay. An unexpected stopover due to delay with our travel plans. The hotel was excellent and both kids said it made up for all the frustrations of the travel preceding it. They gave it 10/10 and would like to go back. It is somewhere for a business trip or short stopover, not to stay as your main holiday. It is in an unusual location near warehouses and with nothing else around but the hotel itself is great. A huge car park, large attractive bar/restaurant with secluded open air terrace and big clean and very quiet rooms. We were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed but the staff could not have been more helpful. They organised for us a pizza delivery from a nearby restaurant - they provided the menu and made the telephone call as we would have struggled in French. The bar was open and we were able to sit in the bar and order drinks and then eat the delicious pizza when it arrived. There is also a small boules area outside which the kids loved. The breakfast was good, lots of choice and fresh and healthy.

The staff were very helpful, they went out of their way to explain the menu to us, as there was not an English version available.

The Wet room was huge, but with flaws; The water did not drain away as the floor was level and not bias to the drainage side. The floor was covered with water and if my wife had used the hair drier and dropped it she would have had a nasty shock! (Not sure live wires and water mix - Health & Safety). A squeegee would have been helpful. The toilet was put in the corner and being a large lad found it awkward to sit.... So much space but the planning of the room not thought about.

Very comfortable, clean, well-designed bedroom and bathroom. Location quite convenient for us, near the motorway, but not an attractive area. Pleasant indoor and outdoor eating spaces. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Dinner was disappointing and drinks were very expensive. The waiter failed to bring one side dish, but we were charged for it on the bill. I didn't complain as it only cost about 5 euros and I didn't want to make a fuss, but it added to the disappointment of the meal.

We arrived very late and the member of staff we called was very helpful. The rooms were very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Unfortunately we left very early and did not experience much more than our bedrooms, but as they are the most important part of any hotel we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

Everything was just superb. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Super quiet and efficient a/c. Clean and modern room. Breakfast had anything you could want, from smoked salmon to 'full English' on hot buffet, to fresh pastries, juices etc - all beautifully presented.

There was nothing that we didn't like, quite simple.

THE CLEANING OF THE ROOM IS AN OPTION. THE HOTEL IS STATING THAT IS ECO RESPONSIBLE BUT THIS ALSO INCLUDED THE BEHAVIOUR OF CLIENTS, TO FIND A CLEAN AND SETTLED ROOM IS PART OF ECO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MENTAL WELLBEING. BETTER TO INCLUDE THE COST IN RATE AND NOT KEEP OUTSIDE.

A very good, modern hotel with clean rooms. Good breakfast and free parking.

During breakfast if something had finished they did not refilled it even if they were asked to. So probably the ones before 9 o' clock were lucky to have a full breakfast because the rest we did not. There was no butter, so you had to ask extra for it. I want to point out that breakfast ended at 10 o'clock.

Upon check-in, the restaurant had just closed (and the staff showed no flexibility). Despite this, the concierge personally intervened and arranged for an entire meal - superb.

Eco-friendly motion detector lights in the bathroom that would switch off the lights every few minutes. Good intentions but not practical and a bit annoying.

The staff, professional, extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel and gardens well presented. Breakfast was very good

The location , in an unattractive industrial area was a shock upon arrival. However, it benefited by being very close to the main autoroute. Also, hard pillows😞

Convenience to motorway. They advertised and offered a disabled access room. Very few hotels do this, despite booking.com filters

booking.com price for breakfast different to what was available. Price in hotel was more expensive than advertised.
