Clean rooms with Aircon helped in warm weather The lady who met was very patient and pleasant

Difficult to converse as well had limited french and the only person I met had limited english Impossible to communicate by phone as only had an answerphone to leave message. I think from a call to me the previous day they wanted me to arrive earlier than previously agreed. As I was travelling by Eurotunnel this was difficult, but I managed to get an earlier train and arrived early only to have to wait outside with no access to any facilities having spent 4 hours without stopping

everything was perfect.I was travelling by car so it was easy to reach the hotel. Parking - free,large with a lot of places. The room is clean and enough space for one person. Did not use the internet so I do not know the quality. Really friendly personnel. I was very tired so had dinner in the restaurant downstairs. it was amazing - big portions and really tasty

The upholstery on the headboard was a little worn out. otherwise no claims

Great restaurant and well kept grounds. Very well priced for the room standard, plus air conditioning which was bonus. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Room smaller than average, had slanted ceiling which reduced headroom. Lots of stairs to get there.

The self service breakfast was very good. A good restaurant is on the ground floor which is an advantage as one can go straight to your room afterwards. Plenty of parking behind the hotel. An ideal stop off when travelling between countries.

There are a lot of steps to reach the rooms although there is a chair lift available.

Breakfast was good. Dinner available on site. Room quiet and staff very nice and helpful.

Couldn’t check in till 6 pm when staff arrived to open restaurant.

Nice cozy hotel in a historic building. Friendly staff, good breakfast and centrally located in Dour, with plenty of private parking available.

Room was a bit small

Ideal location for travelling between France and Germany. Room was fine and plenty of parking available. Quality of restaurant is very good and afterwards you can go straight back to your room!

Breakfast was great, excellent evening meal, staff great, location ok, price was good, would stay again.

Kettle in room would be good, stairs to the top rooms not good for elderly colleague.

No bedside tables and lights

Lovely building with plenty of parking and a clean and comfortable bedroom. Staff were all very nice, had an excellent dinner here and breakfast was good too.

If i was being picky then the coffee at breakfast could have been better (nescafe/nespresso pod machine) but other than that I couldn't fault it.
