Wonderful location along the bike trail and the Canal . Close to city center . The venue is a casino on one side and a hotel on the other . Very modern and extremely well maintained. Good inside secure bicycle storage . Staff from manager on down were absolutely wonderful . Good elevator to rooms .Room was very clean and bright . Spacious and very clean bathroom. On site restaurant was very nice with reasonable price point . Breakfast was excellent with multiple hot and cold food choices . A really comfortable place to stay , eat and gamble if you so desire .

The location and the staff

The breakfast was really terrible, just with a few options, and the food was surround by dirty. It was missing bread, and then took more than 20mn to replace, the employee use her hands to put the bread in the basket. The options of fruits were apple and banana. The tables were all dirty and it was missing a lot of things (forks, knifes). The breakfast was really disappointing and damage the experience in the hotel. The spa is a bluff, due to the fact that the hamman is a jacuzzi, they only have 2 and obviously without appointment was full. The gym is medium but nothing outstanding as an hotel like this require.

The location is excellent. really close to all the tourist sites in Namur. The public spa is really great. my husband and I got very lucky that there were not a lot of people when we use it. Also the fitness was amazing with several options to do your workout. the room is very cozy, we booked the river view room. and during our last night, the fireworks show was very visible from our room. the casino is also an added value.

The wellness and fitness area does not have a staff you can ask. so most of the time you have to go to reception of you have questions. with this fact, the sauna and the steam room were not very hot, it is probably because there is noone to call in case of emergency. the river view room, though it didnt bother us, but its only a small window with a window bank you can sit on to look outside. so do not expect to have a full window for the view.

The room is very modern, big and comfortable with a very big and clean bathroom. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, we had two very good nights of sleep. The location is good, you can walk up the hill to the citadel in about 10 to 15 minutes. The centre is also about a 10 mins walk. There is parking on the street which is free on the weekends and a paid parking dedicated to the hotel and casino guests. If you are a guest you get 50% off parking.

The shower is not delimited in any way so water gets everywhere in the bathroom but it was a room suitable for disabled so perhaps that is the reason. Not sure if all the rooms have the same, we got this by default. Just make sure you put the feet towel at the entrance of the bathroom instead of in the bathroom, otherwise it gets soaked.

We were checked in by a friendly member of staff and given a room with a lovely view across the river! It was all clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good! There was a huge range of items to chose from, cold meats etc. to cooked breakfast. Some of the fruit was a little over-ripe but apart from that it was one of the nicest breakfasts we'd had over our two weeks of travel around Europe! All with a nice view over the river too!

We didn't realise the hotel was attached to a Casino and part of the same resort.

Very clean, very comfortable, professional and helpful smiling staff, great breakfast, secure bike storage and just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Namur.Everything worked as it should - air-con, fridge, safe, ice- machine, etc….Great location for the Meuse valley and walk/ cycle up to the citadel.

Some people may not like the attached casino, but it didn’t bother me - and didn’t use it. I would have happily stayed longer and taken advantage of the other facilities, and seen more of Namur. Maybe next time.

The room is spacious and looks on to the river. Great bathroom also pretty big and an excellent shower. Tea/Coffee making facilities, a fridge and safe all made the room excellent. Air con was a god send. Private car park also very useful in Namur.

The WiFi was terrible in the room. Basically unusable. The hotel is a good 10/12 minute walk to the town on a quiet street. My wife felt a little uncomfortable returning from the town at night although we saw no trouble.

We had a wonderful stay in a room with terrace overlooking the River to fully take advantage of the sunshine.... Modern furnishings with an amazing big comfy bed. Sauna , Steam and Jacuzzi was top class. Restaurant was superb also we even tried our luck in the adjoining casino that brought is a little luck with a small win 🏆 2 week European road trip finished off with this gem of a hotel .

The room was beautiful, spacious, modern and quiet. The bed was big and comfortable. We had a big window looking out over the side of the river. For us it was perfect.

The curtain on the side of the bed doesn't completely block the light along the wall so there is a small ray of light that falls directly on the bed where your head is. Not ideal for sleeping in summer time when the sun rises very early. If it wasn't for that I would give the hotel a 9 and not an 8.

Great location close to town and citadel. Secure bike storage and close to the Ravel cycle route. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was good value for money. Rooms are spacious clean and very good quality. Also spa included

Limited free parking due to being to attached to a casino and expensive hotel parking. Maybe not everyone’s cup of tea due to 24 hour casino attached to the hotel, although this wasn’t an issue for us.
