The owners stayed on late to welcome us as we couldn't get there earlier. We had the family room which was like an apartment you could probably have a family of 6 in there easily. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice very well presented and our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. It was our first visit to Belgium and the husband gave us directions each day to places to visit even telling us the best places to park. Truly above and beyond.

Mh wife had one small niggle that she would have found it helpful to have a mirror in the lounge/bedroom area where the light was better

Very clean, cosy inside, spacious room, ok internet, perfect breakfast with good choice of hot dishes, sweet and savory. Hosts are very nice. Close to Bruges and possible to use the bus (bus stop across the road), but service is only hourly.

The room seems not to have any ventilation neither in the room nor in the bathroom, so it was super stuffy and humid (after taking showers). There is a kind of breezer on the window but it’s not enough. Besides with it open, it gets super noisy from the road.

Breakfast was amazing - plentiful, varied & really set us up for the day The owners were very helpful with plenty of info for visiting Bruges & local restaurants. Useful lounge room for guests with an honesty bar with extra tea, coffee & mini bar. Lovely breakfast room overlooking the open landscape behind the hotel.

We had a 'below stairs' room which didn't have any view (only of the side entrance to the rear car park) but the room was big enough & very clean & we didn't have any problems with traffic noise.

This was a last minute booking, as we decided to stay the night instead of driving back to Holland. We totally enjoyed our stay. Really peaceful and welcoming place. The owners are extremely gracious and friendly. The room itself is nice and with a huge bathroom and good, not toosoft beds. Beakfast was superb! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends.

Very nice small Hotel, great breakfast, near Highway, free parking....totally different to big companies, the owners are a couple who Invest a lot of time and love in every detail of the rooms, breakfast and the whole Hotel....yes, some hotels are cheaper, but If you have to pay the parking and the breakfast seperatly it is much more expensive otherwhere...

Very nice accommodation, every corner it’s a cozy spot ! Big room, clean, fridge provided and I appreciated that the towels were smelling good ! The breakfast was really nice, diverse, five stars for the effort to arrange and serve everything ! If we will return in Belgium we will definitely search to stay here again !

The hotel owners are real hotel managers, they consider it important to provide maximum guest service both informally and technically (parking, bicycle storage, map, etc.). The kindness of Bart and Isabelle and the atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. The room is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I would choose this hotel again next time.

Clean, lovely helpful owners, breakfast was really great for the price of the stay, so much choice and served and displayed really well. Very yummy! Have paid more for a room and not had a breakfast anywhere as good! Nice, interesting decor!

Pillows not that comfortable, don’t like shower curtains, could do with a new one.

Located about 10 minutes from both Brugge and the coast, Hotel Butler was a great choice for our exploration of the region. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We loved their restaurant recommendations. The room was good for our family with very comfortable beds, a good amount of storage, tea and coffee in the room, and a large bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic! It included eggs, speck, many varieties of breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, fruits, yoghurts and special sweets.

A quiet town stay near Bruges. If you want silence and calmness, if you want to have breakfast in the atmosphere of the countryside, you can choose it. It is preferred for its friendliness, attention, cleanliness, calmness, parking and a nice breakfast. The only negative point was that the heater was insufficient to heat the room. The song playlist played at breakfast was great. (My overall rating: 9/10)
