The inn isn't that far from Market Square as it may seem at first glance. It's all the way straight and took us 15 min. The only thing is that the road is under construction and it isn't a beautiful walk. But it's momentary. The room is clean, well maintained. The inn proposes breakfast, we didn't take it. But it would be nice to have a kettle in the room or at least in the common kitchen. For example, we like taking hot tea in the evening after a day outside. The check in was quick. Mind that there is no elevator and narrow stairs. In general we just needed a place to sleep not far from Brugge railway station and it was perfect for the location and room quality.

The pillows are somehow unbelievably uncomfortable.

The rooms were good sized and clean, with comfortable beds. Great area and location, at a walkable distance of the city centre. The staff was very understanding when I took the parking control with me by mistake, and I sent it back via post as soon as I could. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures used to advertise.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything but we were never shown the terrace and small kitchen available so we never used them. I think that's an opportunity to improve but it's just a small thing.

The location was excellent! We loved our rooms. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved the water pressure too. Our friend mistakenly dropped his iPods under the bed before we left, and Stefaan is mailing them to us (we’re paying him of course, but so very above and beyond). We would like to stay here next time we’re in Bruges. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness!

Everything was great!

The hotel is easy to reach with the local bus from the train station. It is also at 20min walk from the city center. The room was very comfortable, with a very big bed and a fully functioning A/C (very important as it was incredibly hot at this time of the year).

Be aware if you have heavy luggages: there is no lift! There is not much room left in the minibar if you want to store some of your personal food items.

Property is clean, very beautiful and modern. My son had his own room and was delighted he had his own space. We had a huge bath in the bathroom. Seperate lounge room with TV and table. Breakfast is fantastic! The pastries were very delicious, fresh fruit, cheese and hams, fresh warm rolls. Great value for money, we could make tea and coffee any time. We had a mini bar fridge, pricing is very reasonable, private parking provide for only £7.50 per day. There are steep narrow stairs leading up to our room, no elevators which is no problem for us but not good if you’re not fit. Stefan and his wife were lovely, very friendly, would stay here again!

Spacious room with huge and super comfy bed. Nice selection for breakfast (but no hot food). Free tea and (awesome) coffee. There's a garage space for your car (need to pay extra, but it's good value). Old town within walking distance. Little hotel-type fridge in the room.

Could do with better quality towels. Also the stairs are a bit steep so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or a little one. But overall, it's a really nice and comfortable place to stay.

Staff were very friendly on arrival and explained everything that we needed. Parking space was available for a fee (reserved when booking) and that was only a short walk away - maybe 5 minutes or so. Location was great, with a 15 minute walk we were in the Markt Square. We also did some travelling and drove to Ghent (45 mins - 1hr), Antwerp and Brussels (both about 1.5hrs) Good size room with a private bathroom which was clean and well kept. Breakfast as well for €5pp per day, which was nice.

The apartment was large, and clean. I liked the bathroom with the large bath tub and separate shower. Also nice that there are 2 bedrooms.

The fact that parking in front of the property is not free. Just for 4 hours. You can get parking for like additional 10 euros or something like that. But you have to walk like 5 minutes. It's not ideal if you're with kids.

The room was spacious with a rack built in wall to place luggage. Curtains were dark enough so that one could sleep peacefully in the morning as well. Kitchen was clean with coffee machine and kettle availability.

Pillows were uncomfortable. But there were extra cushions in the room so one can use them for replacement.

It was super clean and cozy - The staff was extremely nice and helpful

When I was there the whole street and many buildings nearby were under construction. This means it was quite loud in the morning. - Also the way to the center on food is not very nice. In theory it is only 15 minutes but it’s a constant construction site - There are not really supermarkets or restaurants/cafes nearby
