We had an amazing stay, absolutely perfect. The hotel was so cozy, clean and stylish. Staff very polite and attentive. Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend !

Staying at this wonderful, little hotel in the magical town of Bruges is a true life experience. Its ambient and unique style along with the exceptional decoration, reflects the owner's artistic nature and makes you feel not as a paying guest ,but rather as a friend who came to visit. Moreover, the breakfast is just incredible. Plentiful , luscious offering a great variety of fresh options. The personnel is friendly and helpful , always smiling. Ingrid , the lady at breakfast , makes the guests feel even more at home because of her excellent personality. I look forward to coming back to this town and definitely stay at this amazing little hotel!

The only thing I could mention, is that there is no elevator, so if you have problem you could ask to stay at the basement, or at the first floor.

The breakfast had various options and was very delicious, especially the fresh coffee and the little sweets like belgian chocolate that were provided each morning! the interior design of the hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere as well as the staff very warm and welcoming

The only problem that arose was that there was a crack on the toilet seat in our room which was a bit of a safety hazard at times but other than that, everything was more than perfect!!

Great atmosphere, and a very cozy place. Everything was exceptionally clean in the room, and even the hallways and stairs were very clean. The room was properly warmed, and the bathroom had very hot water. The breakfast was outstanding, with good coffee, an excellent selection of really tasty food, and also in a cozy and elegant dining space - the breakfast was possibly the best we've had at any place we've stayed. The location was great, actually quite close to the city center which is within a few minutes walking distance. There is an ING bank with ATMs close to the hotel, and there is also a Carrefour. Also, to get to the train station, the station for the public transport bus is within a minute of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay.

Quite cozy and friendly hotel, only 15min walk to the centre of Bruges and 25-30min on foot to the train station. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Checking in was quite easy, despite the fact that we arrived well past 1am. We were provided with an access code for the main entrance and our key was waiting for us on the front desk to pick it up.

Room number 6 is a bit small, which is fine if you do not plan to spend a lot of hours in there. However, it needs a better door to the bathroom, as it is a sliding door which does not even close, so in practice there is no privacy. Furthermore, better soundproofing would be more than welcome.

Room was very big. Main bed was comfortable, sofa bed not so much but still good for 2 days stay. The location was good. Breakfast was good but it could use some hot meal additions (would be nice during winter). What we liked the most was the staff. Everyone is super attentive and helpful.

There is nothing we didn't like. There are some things (mentioned above) can be improved. But overall, good stay!

Lovely Hotel within 15 mins walk into the main Square. Really homely feel to the place with a very friendly and helpful Host. The Continental Breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from.

The only minor point was the Parking. The hotel has limited free parking then after that its a 5 min drive to a free car park which is roughly a 15 min walk back. However this is a safe car park located next to the police station and wasn't a problem for us.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Fluer was extremely helpful. Lovely continental breakfast, freshly prepared each morning. Would definitely stay here again. Quiet location with only a short walk into the centre (about 15mins) Lovely and clean, my room was cleaned each day I was there. Bed extremely comfy and large.

Nothing to dislike here.

The staff was very helpful and always smiling and they checked us in as soon as we arrived. I really liked the vintage look of the hotel, with pretty decorations. Also, the breakfast was good, served in a cozy room. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which was a major plus.

The room was smaller than I expected and quite old - it hadn't been renovated for a while, as I could tell. There was also a bad smell in the room, but we opened the window a few times and it was ok in the end.

Fleur and Luke were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was great - just a short 10 minute walk to the historic center. We really wanted affordable accommodations that had character and the hotel was charming - decorated with fun pieces and antiques. If you have mobility issues, be sure to let them know when booking so that you can be assigned a lower floor as there are steep stairs.

They prefer that outside shoes not be worn in the house. That's fine and understandable but perhaps a headsup could be given to people when booking so that we are sure to bring house slippers.
