We loved the staff they were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and they provided daily cleaning. The staff shared about activities, restaurants and things to see during our stay. The property was clean and had many complimentary services; beach towels, kayaks, sunscreen, water. The location was perfect right in the heart of the main strip and close to everything.

The value for the location can't be beat. Walk to all the best spots on the island. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Good bed and A/C. Complimentary kayaks. The staff really made this place 5 stars, though. Always kind and helpful and flawlessly arranged our transport from Belize city Airport right to our room. Would absolutely stay here again.

I don't have any complaints. While not upscale, Jan's is a really good value hotel.

Really lovely hotel, we didn't want to leave! Rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day, also had a nice view from the balcony. We were able to rent a kayak for free and were provided with lots of helpful info (and aloe Vera!) From the staff. Great location close to the split, but not noisy.

Not too budget friendly but most of the hotels in caye caulker are pricey.

Simple hotel but amenities and service was amazing. Cleaned our room every day, restocked with water bottles and coffee and towels. Got the kayak in the water for us. Gave us a ride to the ferry. It was all the little things that really made it nice. Plus it was in a great location. Right near Sip n Dip (a great bar) and Ice n Beans (my favorite coffee and breakfast).

This place has great rooms, great views, great ac, right next to a cute and delicious ice-cream shop, close to everything, quiet at night, has a great rooftop sitting area fantastic for both sunrise and sunset, access to a cute beach/dock It really is what you see in the photos!

I can't think of anything I didn't like, we had a fantastic time!

This hotel is located very central to the Split (a few minutes walk), which is where the main hub of activity on the island is in the day time. It is also a few minutes walk in the other direction to lots of restaurants and bars. The staff here are so lovely and welcome and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The wifi is strong.

Nothing! Would be wonderful if there was a pool but you look out the door and there is the beach.

We went for my birthday and they put cute little flowers and a Happy Birthday sign up with balloons around the bed. 5. Rooftop lounge area 6. GREAT water pressure for the shower 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 This hotel was absolutely wonderful aim the best location. My best advice would be to grab some street food a block down or hit the Swing Bar for their lobster curry. Both were absolutely great! The island is the perfect size for walking everywhere and Jan’s Hotel was smack dab in the middle with a perfect view.

The shower pressure was fantastic, the location was fantastic, and the staff was very nice. They helped me fix a mistake I made when I booked the room and were very professional dealing with my error.

Nothing jumps out.

We needed transport from and back to the water taxi, they were there to meet us and returned us on time with no issues at all. We also had a problem with faulty shower taps and they addressed it promptly and completely replaced everythong.

No safe in the room, but we were able to have some things secured in the office safe.

Fortunately, I had the Suite #2 with a sea view which was upstairs and was more than roomy. Location was great, close to the Split. Also close to the supermarket, restaurants, and souvenir shops. There was a security guard available for the evenings and overnight so the rooms are always monitored. WiFi was also great! Looking forward to my next stay!
