Our king bed was so comfy (this was a highlight, we slept so well), the AC was great and the room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The shower was hot. The cleaning staff were friendly. The kitchenette was good, there was a toaster, kettle and microwave, but nothing for prepping food. There is however free water, tea and coffee which was nice. The location is excellent too and the shop downstairs was practical. Auntie's takeout is just across the road and the best food on the island for an easy takeaway dinner (chicken chow mein 😙🤌🏼)

Our room was at the end of the corridor so the wifi was actually non existent, couldn't make any use of the netflix on the tv. Our bathroom door wouldn't shut at all, let alone lock, and our flush was broken so we had to lift the flap in the cistern manually. Fine, but not super fine for the price per night. Also it doesn't say anywhere in the building but you need to go to the shop downstairs to check in.

-location. Few minutes walk to all good food stores, bars and restaurants - the supermarket located right below is incredibly convenience -daily cleaning service includes changing towels - there's water available for refill on the 1st floor -spacious room with pretty good wifi. I worked remotely there for a week and worked well for zoom meetings and calls -good mattress. I slept very well -A/C works well I would recommend for sure and will return.

The hot water in the shower lasts for about 10 minutes every time which is sufficient for my quick showers and doesn't bother me.

The location was conveniently close to the water taxi since we were traveling with luggage. We collected our room key from the shop downstairs, which was also the largest and best-stocked shop around the island. For the price, we got a fairly large room for 4, which included a mini-fridge and a TV. On the 2nd floor of the hotel there's a small shared kitchen area with filtered water, a kettle... and even coffee and tea, which was a very nice touch.

If the room door would have stayed closed without needing to be locked.

Great location hotel, in the centre of the island and very close to the ferry’s. Big room, huge bed! With 2 pillows each!! Wish more hotels gave two pillows. Supermarket downstairs was useful, although a little pricy compared to others. Staff were good and let us check in early for free! Would defo come back.

Pricy but all of the island is. They are still building on the building so there are lots of tradesmen and lots of dust in the shared areas, also water gets into the shared areas when it rains, so floors gets slippy.

Great new hotel. Clean and the rooms are huge. Probably the cheapest private rooms you'll get on Caye Caulker. The shop underneath is good value. Hot showers!

The booking said sea view but another hotel is being built in front so there is no sea view on the floor we were on. It didn't bother us but just wanted to flag it.

Sky Inn is located just off the Main Street so it’s a bit quieter. There are restaurants nearby and, of course, a grocery store on the ground level. The rooms are spacious, super clean and look to have been recently remodeled. Air con works great along with the giant ceiling fan. The communal kitchen area is nice if you want to prepare any food or even make some coffee. The free drinking water was a nice bonus.

I would have liked another window besides the little one in the bathroom.

Perfect location, budget friendly,very clean rooms. The bed was comfortable and I loved that they had a huge water cooler outside where guests can fill their water bottles, there's a station in the main area that has all the basics one would need to budget travel, coffee, teas, first aid products, a microwave and a toaster , irons and other products readily available for an ease of access. There's a super market conveniently located on the ground floor. The location is ideal, right in the center and one minute walk from the water taxis.

It's on the 2nd floor of the grocery store so it makes grabbing stuff fast and easy. The location is close to everything so I feel safe walking home at night. The staff cleans the room (private room) daily and they do a great job. The room has AC so it's perfect after a hot day out on the beaches.

The shower was cold but I understand we were on a little island

The property was comfortable and clean. Walking distance to water-taxi’s, unlimited food, bar, tours and excursions. Great location, reasonable priced and accommodating staff.

They happen to do some construction for about 20mins long maybe in the room next us at 5-6pm. If they needed to do the construction they shouldn’t have gave that room or waited until we checked out. That was the only downside but we would definitely revisit Sky Inn!

Excellent location, right in the centre of Caye Caulker's southern island, so within 20 minutes walk of anywhere you need to visit on the island. Room was very clean and matched up to the description - the TV had Netflix enabled, which was a bonus when one of our party was essentially room-bound for a day due to illness! The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of towels provided. Bathroom was good, with a hairdryer and a good shower.

The hotel was quite basic. There was nothing actively wrong with it, but for an alleged 5-star hotel, you would expect more in the way of amenities (check-in was in the supermarket downstairs, there was no restaurant or breakfast area, and nowhere to keep food yourself, etc.). Overall, though, it was more than adequate for a 3-night stay!
