Property is super cute off a residential street in Caye Caulker, probably like a 8min walk to the main front strip of the island. Very safe location and also quiet. The rooms are lovely, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The rooms has a fridge and they top you up with a jug of drinking water everyday. There is a small coffee/tea station with sugar, kettle, mugs, glasses and spoons. AC and a ceiling fan, two small bed side stands, several power outlets near the bed, you can get an iron from the main office. Good storage with clothes hangers. Lovely bathroom with hand soap and small soap bars and plenty of towels.

It was small, clean. It has a kettle and fridge. It has a little patio and place to hang wet clothes. It offered bikes to rent for cheap but they sell out so pre book. There was a book of suggestions

No safe, or even a drawer with a key would be nice. Only one small water bottle per day which means I had to buy bottled which don’t get recycled. A little far from action of “town” which is fine if you’re young and don’t mind a stroll for food. The taxes and extra fee were highest I’ve paid on the island, and this entire 3 week trip, if they lowered them it would be worth it.

Overall, a well kept property as depicted in their photos. Attentive staff, but not overpresent. Area felt safe, and was close to a lot of the lesser tourister areas, but close to some great eateries and viewscapes. I also like it is a small-scale local, none of these large monstrosities being built around the island.

Only complaint was there was construction noise early from a nearby structure. Around 7 it started outside the bathroom window. It looks like that will be wrapping up soon. There's nothing they can do, but for transparency sake.

Milley (the manager) was super nice and helpful. She is a gem! Rooms were clean -- and cleaned every day. Property is really nice and feels secure. On-site bicycle rental was AWESOME! Milley directed us to GREAT food and ideas of things to do. She was always willing to make reservations for us -- so helpful and nice!!

There was nothing that was not good.

The housing is located on the quiet street of Caye Caulker, but at the same time everything is 3-10 minutes away as the island itself is small. if you want to rest well (Caye Caulker is kinda a party island) - choose Dream Cabanas! We had the best time here! the room has AC, coffee/tea, and all the necessary things to have your own breakfast on the terrace! They offer bike rentals for 2,5 USD which we used almost every day as it allows you to also travel to the North island to see the crocodiles. Grocery store is like 1 min away and tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The property looks really dreamy in the evening with the lights and the host was very helpful during all stay! Room was cleaned every day and we even got some great tips for exploring the very south of the Island where is a beautiful white sand beach which is more popular for locals!

Like a small oasis of calm providing a feeling of home and a pleasant place to relax on a hot day. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Always very happy to give advice, help or direct with helpful instructions. They helped arrange a scenic flight over the big blue hole, taxi, snorkeling and more. The rooms and amenities were practical, super clean and the ambiance of the entire compound cozy and romantic. We spent several very enjoyable days of our vacation here and would love to return.

everything was beyond expectation

I enjoyed my stay here I booked another night!Friendly helpful manager, super clean and very comfortable, the room is really nice with wooden floors, modern decor, big comfy bed with good pillows, hot shower and has fan and air con. nice little veranda to hang stuff out or sit, and lovely lights on at night round the trees. good wifi signal. It’s only 8ish mins walk to the water taxi dock, and lots of restaurants, shops close by. Definitely recommend.

Charming and cosy rooms a little bit outside of the town center (though not too much). For me it was a clear advanatge, you just stay outside of hustle and bustle but remain within reasonable walk (10 mins) reach. It is a small, enclosed and intimate compound and everyone has its own little terrace. The rooms are clean, stylish, not too big but still comfortable. What is worth to mention is the owner, very nice, helpful and flexible. It always makes your stay much more pleasant.

Almost nothing, the only thing which I could point out is incredibly thin walls, that make almost every noise easily pemeating to a room next to you and enabling you to hear and almost run a conversation with your neighbours.

The cabanas were lovely, very clean and spacious. We often sat on the porch with a coffee and fryjack. The room was cool, the aircon and fan worked great. The room was clean and the towels smelt great. The coffee and tea facility was nice. We haven’t had that anywhere else in Belize or Guatemala. The book of recommendations were great! We used Ragga sailing, the laundry service and all the food places. The 8 cabanas are in their own gated community.

There was nothing to complain about. Initially we struggled to find Dream Cabanas. They are situated on a little street behind the fire station(which luckily doesn’t seem to get any call-outs)

The staff was nice and helpful, cute rooms with a lovely little terrace. Clean, full jug of water in the fridge every day. Comfortable beds and even an electric kettle! Only a 15 minute walk from the ferry to main land and 25 minute walk to the Split. Shop just around the corner.

The rooms have thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors as well as street noise.
