The location was very convenient for all activities. The rooms were very clean.

The rooms ending in the number 1, i.e. 201, 301, 401 on the west end of the hotel are adjacent to a home that has 2 dogs that bark throughout the day and night. When booking a room at the hotel request an east or southern view. This will place you as far from the dogs as you can get.

The resort was very nice and clean. It was also nice to have the rooftop swimming pool and bar. The restaurant seemed like it was really more just snack food.

The location was ok if you aren't going to the split or sip and dip bar too often because they are both a good distance away for walking to and from a lot. There were enough restaurants and stores close by though. One bad thing is that there is no coffee anywhere at the hotel. There is a coffee pot in the room but they only leave tea for it. They didn't even have a coffee pot in reception where you could go down and get some. I like coffee as soon as I wake up. Having to wait till I got to a restaurant for breakfast was bad.

The location of the property is excellent. Property also has an elevator and a roof top with pool great views!

Upon arrival I was placed in a room that hadn’t been cleaned.. they did move me to a clean room but somehow the key got misplaced for the room that wasn’t cleaned .. I didn’t like the fact that they wanted to charge me upon leaving for the key .. I told her it wasn’t my fault since I was put in a dirty room .. they did tell me that they wouldn’t charge me after I told them that.. also the rooms facing the east of the hotel you are going to hear the dogs start barking early in the morning around 6 it didn’t bother me that much but don’t expect to sleep in over the noise !! Other than that I would still stay with them again

The private balcony, the room utilities (small refrigerator, cafe maker, microwave), white bed sheet, the shower water pressure was great, roof top pool and every area of the hotel was very clean. Also, our room was ready before check in time and the check in representative was friendly. Five stars 🌟 for great customer service.

That the room didn't come with an iron, the hotel requirement that you need to put down $150.00bzd security deposit and the check out time was 11oclock. Which I believed is too early especially if you want to enjoy the pool a little more and shower off before leaving.

Room was comfortable, nice and big. Staff were friendly and helpful. Proper hotel which there isn’t much of on the island. Location was great and the rooftop while needing some updating was really nice!

There was lots of drilling and construction work on in the hotel which they didn’t inform us about as well as lots of noise from other guests (shouting that wasn’t addressed), room also wasn’t cleaned.

The hotel is lovely and clean with amenities not found elsewhere, but the biggest thing was the staff. Sadly my phone was stolen while I was on the island - I was alone in a foreign country with no way to contact anyone. Angela at the front desk did not hesitate to let me use her personal phone to call home to have my family lock my phone down remotely and arrange a ride from the airport, with no expectation of receiving reimbursement for the costs she may have personally incurred (I did leave her a good tip to cover same). She went above and beyond and even drove me to the police station to file a report, waited for me at the station while the police did their thing, and drove me back to the hotel - all after her shift ended. Breakfast was fine, though nothing extraordinary. The wifi was the easiest to access and most reliable that I experienced in Belize. Location was good - fairly central and an easy walk to anywhere I wanted to go. Loved having an elevator in the building.

I loved the quick access to the center of town and modern, clean rooms. Bikes will make your exploration much easier, and they have some available to rent. Shower was nice & hot with good pressure, a huge plus when traveling.

Location was convenient to things to do, but the activity nearby creates some late night/early morning noise. Not unbearable, but I woke up more than I'd like. Make sure to use a white noise app.

the location is great - close to the center of the action in CC, but off the strip. The rooms are quiet and block all sound. We had a cute balcony as well. the beds are the MOST COMFY ever!! Rooms are large, with tall ceilings. We had an nissue with our AC unit, which was promptly addressed by hotel staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I woudl definitely return to this lovely spot.

A new hotel with an elevator- probably the only one with elevator on the island. The facilities are better than the pictures on the booking.com. There are coffee maker and microwave in the room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out later than normal and were provided transfer to the ferry dock. Hotel also arranged the sightseeing flight over the Great Blue Hole for us.

everything. the rooms were large, new and spotless the shower was hot and high pressure. the staff was the most memorable, such kind and wonderful staff. good restaurant. nice pool. amazing view on the rooftop where the pool and restaurant are. it was perfect.

could have used different options for pillows. they were all stuffed too full and hard. but still a great place.
