Most likely the best accommodation experiences we had so far! Hospitality at this place is just exceptional, we experienced unbelievably heart-warming welcome, communication and help from everyone that works there. View from the room was one of the kind, even that Mostar have many beautiful parts, I can't imagine location that has better view while being so quite and private, yet in the very centre of the town. I know these are all praises, but food was also unbelievably good, we just love everything about this business, and people who work there are the best thing about it. I won't look for any other places to stay in Mostar in the future, and I'll be sure that all of my friends hear about it. I can't recommend it enough!

We were given welcome drink and warmly welcome by the manager and the worker there.....This hotel is more than 4 star as their service is consider 6 star exceeded my expectations. The manager upgrade our room for free, the location was perfect and their food also very nice. The name of the worker of Adin,Naele and Danes were very nice and friendly as their services that provided is better than the 5 star hotel. I definitely will come again and by not forgotten the guy that help us with our luggage and well explain to us about the hotel and the attractions to go around. Location was perfect

The hotel building is so good that fits the nature of Mostar very well, the location is great. Also inside is so clear and everything is new. When we first entered to the hotel, the reception was so kind to us. Mr. Yousuf welcomed us and told every detail. The staff was so warm, so we felt like in our home. Ms. Cennet, Mr. Adin, Mr. Dennis and others helped us for everything. The open breakfast was awesome, fresh and delicious! It was very similar with Turkish breakfast. And the view from the windows is all Mostar! The room was light and wide, and bed was so comfortable. I will come again insaallah, wait for me Kriva Cuprija! :)

There is nothing I feel ashamed, luckily I chose this hotel. Beforethe holiday I had read the reviews about the "noise from crowded Arabic families and the smeel from the lake", but I didn't face any problem like these, the hotel was quite and peaceful. It may be because of the season I came, I am not sure. (September)

Without a doubt, it is the best choice in Mostar! Nejla was very helpful. They upgraded our room without asking and prepared our breakfast as a lunchbox due to our early check-in. we could not find a taxi because of the heavy rain at 6 o'clock. Nejla drove us to the train station in her car. the feeling of staying in an old and protected Mostar house was amazing. don't think twice just book it

Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija is a real gem in the middle of the old town of Mostar - the location is unbeatable, and so is the service from the wonderful, warm and caring staff members. The rooms are modern and lovely, the view is stunning, and the breakfast is absolutely INCREDIBLE! If possible, I would've given a score of 12 out of 10, seeing as this hotel exceeded my expectations in absolutely everything. If you plan to visit Mostar, you need not look any further... the Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija is the PERFECT choice!

It's going to be really hard to find nice hotels now after staying at Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija. From the moment we got there we had such a wonderful welcome from the staff and they could not do enough for us. We had a beautiful view from our room. We ate in the restaurant and we had a very delicious meal and enjoyed tasting the local wine. We were also travelling with our two dogs and it was no problem for them to stay with us. The breakfast was also very plentiful and we enjoyed the Bosnian coffee. A trip that will stay in our memories for a long time.

The most welcoming and amazing staff in the world. The building is very beautiful and traditional, but modern inside. Breakfast was amazing and included local delicacies like baklava. Super highly recommended!

Location is ideal, overlooking the "little bridge" and stream, and just steps away from the big bridge in the heart of town. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite nice, including a selection of Bosnian sweets and Bosnian coffee, and they provided gluten-free bread for my celiac husband. We had dinner there one night too, which was very good.

Our only complaint is that there was a pub just across the stream that was hosting a wedding and played extraordinarily loud music very late into the night. This may have been an exception. We were told there was some big-time American rapper who had paid the city for special permission for the party. We only stayed one night, so couldn't say what it is normally like. Even so, I think we would stay here again.

First off, you will find no better location in Mostar. This beautiful property is somehow tucked away in its own little fold of natural beauty between two of the largest attractions in the city. You would never know the throngs of bustling tourists among the busy market along the Stari Most were even there, if you didn’t go see for yourself. You feel secluded and private. Second, the staff are easily the nicest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel more welcome than anywhere you’ve ever been, maybe aside from mama’s. I’ve been to nice properties, and met very pleasant staff, but this is hospitality on another level. They are genuinely happy you are there, and you feel it. I would go back just to experience their hospitality again. Third, the food is outrageously good. We had already had so much good food on our trip, but this was, again, on another level. You can tell their kitchen puts effort, pride, and genuine caring into everything they prepare. Bonus points if you get to interact with the owner while dining, as he is an absolute character, the cherry on top. Last but not the least, the room was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. Everything was updated, and we had a wonderful view.

No elevator, but the staff leap to take your bags, and there aren’t but two levels to go between, anyways. Just watch the first step going up.
