The proximity to the airport is a huge plus if you are staying here because of your flight. Since the hotel is located in the centre of Ilidža,you will be close to everything, from shopping centres to restaurants and pharmacies, as well as tram/bus station and taxi stands. Room is spacious and clean, breakfast is up to the standard.

If you are sensitive to sounds, beware that the airport is nearby, and so are pubs. I was, however, expecting this, and came prepared with earplugs. The room (as in almost every other hotel) was warm, AC did nothing, I had to open the window and let in some air and some unfortunate smells (a lot of food places around, smells do come in).

Very friendly staff, we had to leave for airport super early and couldn't make it to breakfast, so they arranged for lunch boxes for us (btw they were very nice). Room was very spacious (though a bit weird with windows all around). Comfy bed, clean bathroom.

There's already some wear and tear in the room, though the hotel doesn't seem that old. Parking is quite a walk away and not very easily found. We had to call the hotel and they had someone guide us.

Spacious room, the lady on the front desk was very kind. Located in a vital area where cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is good.

Only the noise and music coming from cafes down the street until midnight. And no parking area which is not available near the hotel, even your driver when drops you off or picks you up it’s a bit unpleasant…

The hotel is placed on a pedestrian street, it provides with underground parking at a close location. Rooms are clean and very big, but you can hear the guests from the other rooms (we heard the TV from the room next to us). Overall, it was a good stay.

We didn't like the breakfast, it does not have many options to choose from and we ended up not eating anything because we didn't like the taste of most of the products. This may be a matter of taste.

Location

1- You have to take your lagged by yourself 2- Staff can open your room while you’re inside there. Unfortunately; doors don’t have lock that prevents staff from opening doors while the guest inside.

The connecting rooms were perfect for our family with 2 teenage kids. When 1 of us went to the desk, they sent someone out to help park the car. The location was good, near a pedestrian area and a multitude of different restaurants and even a mall. The rooms were spacious with nice beds. Breakfast was good.

Front desk staff were hard to find at times.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room, modern look & feel. Not easy to find but when we called, the front desk explained how to find the hotel and they even came out to help us find parking. Front desk gentlemen was very attentive to get me a cab at 4:00 in the morning, even went out with me to see me off.

Wifi was not good, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom which was also noticeable outside (sulphur from the spa in the area?), shower cubicle leaked water on tiles in front of the sink & toilet, there could be better signage for the hotel.

It's good,for business trip or short stay an also nice for families ,near the airport, its far from oldtouwn and entertainment area's

Not much

The hotel is modern and has really nice restaurant and Caffe bar, enjoyed our morning traditional "Bosnian" coffee there as well as sweet cake after a long day in Sarajevo downtown. Breakfast was really nice as well, food was tasty and service even better. Staff, in general were always at our service, helpful and friendly. The best part of our stay in hotel Orange was the room, modern and sweet, pretty large and comfortable, all compliments to the bed which is new and cozy. Definitely would come back and recommend it to our friends.

Hotel Orange is a lovely hotel in the downtown section of Ilidza, a little, charming city near Sarajevo. It is a unique hotel in that it has an outstanding restaurant that is part of its establishment. The staff is exceptionally professional, friendly and thoughtful. It is a great place to stay for a vacation as there is a lovely nature park and a charming little city. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to relax, have fun or simply have a nice vacation.
