Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms, amazing breakfast. Price is just for what you get.

We stayed for 3 nights and on the second night a very strong cigarette smoke smell permeated into our room from another room close by. The hotel has a no smoking policy so this is the fault of a rude and selfish guests who didn’t care about others and smoked in the room anyways. Rooms have smoke detector but I suggested to the front desk that they could get a smoke detector that sounds the alarm when covered up. I bring this up because it is very unpleasant to breath that second hand smoke especially when you’re sleeping.

I liked the room, the bed was wonderful.

The safe was broken. I asked the reception twice to fix the safe and they didn't send anyone, A receptionist hung up the phone when I asked again to fix the safe.

Everything well in shape and cool design. Very large and comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Big supermarket next to the hotel. Before we have been in the Hilton where many things were in bad condition and uncomfortable. A lot better value for money here in the Ramada.

No do not disturb sign. Could have more beach chairs at the pool.

I've been to this hotel at least 4x and had no complains, my last stay was 3 years ago. But the rooms are starting to look a bit tired, power plugs had lose covers, the vanity mirror about to falls and smash on the floor. Bedding was clean but had stains, towels also clean but thin and old. The place is fine but lost a bit of its shine.

Super clean, amazing breakfast and a truly friendly staff. Great option for Belo Horizonte, specially if you need to work around the Savassi region.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room as comfortable with huge bed and waa very clean, we didn't get to eat breakfast as we overslept as the bed was so comfortable.

this hotel is the best value for the price in Belo. he rooms are setup like apartments. the bed is huge and the wifi is really good.
