I liked the fact that this resort was located directly opposite a huge shopping mall, 15 mins from the airport( IGU) ,15 mins from the boarder of Argentina, about 25 mins to the entrance of the iguazu national park where the iguazu fall is located and two minutes walk to a taxi stand. Everything about the location of this resort was perfect. I also like that the resort itself was very neat! My room, which was situated in the new grey building, was amazing.! I was on the fifth floor room 590. I had the view of the pools, the children's water slides, the wave pool, the zip liner, and the beautiful view of the forest as well. There is a lookout point at the end of the corridor ,which is a glass partition, and that's where my room was located. Very friendly staff. I also liked the fact that the guests at this resort had access to the water park next door. There was also a zipliner on property, which cost like R70 since it was owned and operated by a company not associated with the resort The other thing that I liked about the resort ,was that , you had a choice to eat three meals at the resort at a small cost of R100 per person for lunch and dinner, had to pay for all sodas and wines, but breakfast was free. The pools were also heated up and stayed open until 8 pm. The children water area also stayed open late, but the wave pool closed at 5pm. There was also one swim up bar at the main pool ( have to pay for drinks )and another bar located near the pool, but it is not a swim up bar.( you also pay for drinks). At the time I stayed there, the resort was very quiet! Both during the day and at night. I heard no loud music or talking etc. There were not many children there either. I stayed there the last week in May, and that may have been the reason why it was very quiet. There were also a lot of sitting areas with chairs and umbrellas around the pool areas. The view of the lush green forest just added Xtra beauty to the resort.

I didn't like the fact that 99% of the staff couldn't communicate in English. Therefore, I had to use my phone to Google translate everything. Even when you found one staff member who spoke English, it was still a struggle. I must, however, admit that it was the issue everywhere else and not just the resort. I didn't like the food( that's a personal opinion) . The food was the same menu morning, noon, and night. Very limited variety. I did eat at the mall's food court a few times . I wouldn't recommend that you take all inclusive plan since you can go out to eat for maybe even less than R100 per person. Another thing I didn't like was that you couldn't take the towels to the water park. I had to purchase my towel to go to the water park.

I loved the landscaping, trees and lush gardens, buildings connected by pretty wooden bridges that are lit up at night. The breakfast buffet was generous, fresh and tasty. The location was very good; opposite a large shopping mall and only a short distance from most tourist sites of interest. The pools in the hotel are wonderful - very warm, with a bar for adults and a water-play area for children. The room was a good size, clean and bright. The staff were incredible: friendly, helpful and efficient. Many of the staff also spoke English, which was great for me! The hotel is connected to a dazzling water park which also offers boat trips on a lake and zip wire rides. It's very child friendly, with many play areas and child friendly structures. There are many places to eat across the resort: from fancy restaurants and the piano room to burger huts and ice-cream stalls. Overall, the hotel felt luxurious and the staff were super helpful.

The evenings are chilly here and the beds had only a single sheet, no blanket. We were cold. I had to move rooms because there was construction noise (this was organized within five minutes of my request) but in the second room, the shower was not hot. *You must take your own towel into the water park* this was probably very clear for people who speak Portuguese, but didn't know.

The hotel is very well located and the facilities are amazing for families.

The buffet was poor. No healthy options really. A couple of days our room had not been made by 7pm. We had to ask for new towels at the reception - which was not close to our room

Facilities were great with the pools and park and courts. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a family of 4. Service staff was also friendly.

Prices for food and drinks around the complex were expensive! Had they been 20-30% less they’d be spot on!

More waitress to pick up our orders. This time i went it seemed that had less waitress.

Everytime i wanted to order something to drink or eat i needed to get up to go to the bar or the quiosque to place the order and get the beverage or food. Prices also a bit expensive

The resort is absolutely fantastic. It's amazing for the kids even when it's cloudy and not that hot weather. The water is so warm and we all had a amazing time together.

I think the food is a bit overpriced. We needed to pay per person for a bbq and the quality of the meat wasn't great, and in the bar area the sharing plates portions were quite small for our expectations.

I used the wristbands as a facility to pay for anything inside the hotel. Also the poolside towel service facility.

All excellent. We had no complaints. The unforeseen happens (the roof collapsed at the reception and a cricket also entered the room, the team took action quickly, to minimize the effects).

Convenient and good value.

Little charm, at times very noisy. Better suited for families with kids than individual travelers.
