Excellent hotel. We stayed two nights. The lobby is large and beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure and water temperature were excellent. The breakfast/dinner room is big and the buffet dinner was really good and convenient when you just want to have dinner and go upstairs to bed. Would absolutely stay here again if I were to return to Iguazu.

The hallways lights are motion controlled and pitch black sometimes and there was a drunk man on the 2nd floor that was grabbing me and trying to hug me and kiss my feet but this is not the fault of the hotel.

We had to switch one of our 2 rooms right after check in due to bad location and lack of electrical outlet near the bed needed for a medical device. Bellman very accommodating to move our things. Front desk and gift shop employees were friendly. Glad they spoke Spanish and/or English.

The breakfast selection was great! The restaurant was clean and beautiful, but the woman attending the coffee and food had an attitude on both mornings. A smile and a bom dia goes a long way, unfortunately she could improve I’m that area.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. Very close to the Iguaçu National Park and the airport. I would always come back here if visiting the Cataratas. Highly recommended

Once families with kids arrived at the hotel, it was very loud in the dining room and in the hotel room. You can hear everything from above and from the hallway.

Everything was very clean. The bed sheets and pillows, specially. Those were also very comfortable. The breakfast was good too. There's a tour agent at the lobby, which helped a lot in organizing our tours and with tikets.

Our room key had some problems. But no big deal. I also wanted to have more power outlets in the room for all our gadgets (there were three, of different types).

Location, food and clean.

The staff did not give me the proper attention when my daughter list her jacket in the game room, and it desapeardes. No one helped us on that.

Nice big, spotless room. Great brekkie, loads of options. On bus route to the falls, so able to save on cabs. Shopping centre near by, with decent food court.

Staff at reception a little surly and unhelpful.

Room was very clean and spaces. Bathroom was quite big. Hotel has nice pool complex and basic gym. Stuff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. I had also few times lunch, snack and dinner in hotel. Wi-Fi was working perfectly well.

Stuff did not speak English. Gym could be little bit upgraded. The rest was great.

Amazing breakfast! The scrambled eggs were a bit runny but overall very good.

I asked the concierge to get me a taxi on Saturday night but he could not get me one, so I had to drive to the Downtown and I couldn’t drink. I would suggest then to the staff members to develop a wider taxi drivers network.

Breakfast was great and we even received an Easter gift. The pool area was very enjoyable as well, with readily available waiters for drinks and snacks. Comfortable room and helpful staff made my stay in Foz amazing!

There were some ants in the bathroom when we arrived (they came from a hole in the wall) and the toilet's flush didn't work on the second day. The problems were addressed by the staff when we communicated them though.

Lovely experience. Good accommodation, nice service, everything good.

Extremely bad internet. You cannot even work.
