Wonderful 5-star service by the staff. From reception (Enya, Kennedy) to bar (Keyla?). They are a great bunch. Very professional, friendly, smiley, helpful, and ready. I would go back any day, (which I probably will, next time I pass through SP). Clean amenities, everything works, seems like an amazing breakfast. The people who attend/live in the building can come across a bit pretentious (like most upper middle-class Brazilians) but all in all a very pleasant place to stay. The staff saves the day.

Some of the amenities were closed downstairs. But hey ho, people have to rest too.

- The room was spacious, comfortable and clean - Breakfast was great with a lot of variety to choose from - A nice, welcoming hotel

- Aircon started turning ON/OFF by itself 5AM in the morning, beeping loudly and waking us up repeatedly!!! I even got up and shut it down using the remote but it still continued turning ON and OFF by itself. I suspect the unit in our room was broken or received ON/OFF signals from remote controls of other rooms. This really ruined our sleep BADLY. - Aircon was a bit too weak to make the large room cooled enough

The Hotel in an ideal location, close to the airport. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a bonus if you are looking for a hassle free way of getting to a hotel before or after a flight. The room was comfortable, the process of checking in and out was fluid, whilst the brekfast was decent with a good range of food options. Location wise aside from being close to the aiport it's within short walking distance into the main central shopping area and it feels fairly safe and secure at all times of day. The staff were pleasant from door staff, reception, kitchen and cleaners, would highly recommend! Having stayed at one or two other hotels within Guarulhos previously, this hotel is definately the best, especailly in value for money.

Only small complaint was there were no additional pillows or blankets stored in the large wardrobe within our room.

Pretty view, comfy bed and pillow, clean sheets and covers. good space, nice and helpful staffs. Easy check in and out. There are English speakers. very quiet at night. The Shampoo and soap are good quality.

After 22:00 there is no food in the entire Guarulho. The shower head need to be cleaned or replaced. The water comes out from everywhere but thru the shower holes.

Its a very nice hotel but a bit far to/from the Airport,

They couldn't get my visa credit card to work in their establishment they tried 4x with 2 diff. machines. As I was very sure of my card being in perfect working order I needed to go to the next ATM machine which was at the Airport!!! for cash which was visibly no problem, but did cost me 2 hrs of my time! The same evening I was able to pay yet again in a Restaurant with my credit card- as usual I might add! Carry two cads if you go to this establishment. They should get new machines......

The room is clean & the bed is comfortable. The TV channels are good, there is English channel like CNN. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the breakfast because we were in hurry. The breakfast looked good, though.

We stayed only 1 night but everything was good.

Room is very clean. Facilities are very good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Location is very good. Check-in receptionist man is not good. Check-out receptionist lady was excellent.

Car Parking Fee. When I checked-in, the receptionist told me "you should pay R$25 for the car parking". I told him "it is written free private parking in the booking.com listings". He told me "this is a mistake in the booking.com listing, and it will be corrected but now, you should pay, so I had to pay".

The shuttle service should be work until midnight.

I recomend to have a nice rest around Gru International Airport until your next travel. Congratulations for the all team for the Great Hospitality!

Location, that is near to airport.

Staff couldn't issue the right invoice for me because of they couldn't choice right country. If you from Europe, there's no adapter of ac/dc.

Well-appointed spacious room, very quiet. Pleasant bar area, helpful staff. Efficient airport transfer service included. Good breakfast buffet.

Internet connection very poor. Slow and intermittent - probably overloaded.
