A great stayover if you have a long stopover between flights. We arrived at 2 am and used the shuttle. The staff helped us to check in quickly and as one only needs a bed, a hot shower and breakfast before the next shuttle to the airport this is perfect. The hotel was also accommodating and let us do a late check-out.

There was a problem with Booking.com. On the website, I could book a triple room but could not select 3 people. (It was for my husband, my son and myself). I did send a note about this problem to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they gave us a double room - it took some time to explain the issue and we had to pay extra for my son (understandable) and wait for an extra bed to be brought to our room. We also asked for another towel for him that did not arrive. Maybe not the hotel's fault but having to deal with this at 3 am in the morning after a long flight is not pleasant)

It’s a nice hotel for a relaxing night for people in between flights, it’s very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle service (just check the timings beforehand cause booking.com doesn’t have it always updated). Breakfast was basic and simple but very satisfying. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but still comfortable, was happy there was a fridge in the room. The staff was very friendly and receptive at check in, answered my questions patiently (and there were a few).

It was a comfortable stay but the Internet isn’t the greatest. It works fine except for videos.

I had to stay close to the airport for 1 night due to my last minute change of flight. This hotel is just 15min away from Guarulhos and there is a free shuttle from and to the airport, operating throughout the day and night. Hotel is quite busy so at some time the check-in might take some time. But rooms are quite big, clean, with perfect aircon and wifi. The bed matress is somewhat hard but ok. Breakfast is buffet with lots of choices. The thing I didn't like is that this hotel doesn't offer luggage storage. After 2 months of travelling around Brazil, this was the only hotel not offering this service! For me it is a minus. You have to check out by 12:00 noon, at the latest 14:00, and if you have a late flight you are stuck with your luggage. When I first asked the receptionist about the luggage storage, she wouldn't help at all. Even after I said that I have 3-4 hours left and would like to go for a walk, shopping and lunch. She just offered to wait for the shuttle with my luggage in the lobby. Thank God that later I run into another receptionist and he was superfriendly and kind to take my luggage to the backroom so at the end I was able to go for a walk, shopping and lunch! Hotel Monreale is in the centre of Guarulhos and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby.

The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful to us in organising a taxi along with a late check out. The best hotel employees I have experienced in Brasil. Transport shuttle from the airport was great. Rooms very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

The free Airport Shuttle times aren’t exact, very slow to get bags into de van and they drop you off far away from your check-in point. I ended up taking a taxi instead. Overall very clean but the shower tiles were dark. Could use a deep clean.

I stayed in there 2x in the last week. I liked most of the things, but this last time things could have gone better. The breakfast was really good, different foods and drinks. The first time it was our honeymoon and the hotel made a wonderful job decorating the room for us.

The TV was not good to watch, you could barely see the screen. When I arrived there was only one set of towels and I was there with my husband. The bedrooms could be better. Water fountains should be present on the floors.

It’s always a very pleasant stay. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. They allowed me to early check-in and late check-out due to my flight at night as an act of courtesy. The food is also delicious.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the wifi

Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Also the breakfast was delicious and the location was good for having a stroll around, and multiple restaurants nearby.

It was quite noisy during the night/early in the morning, because the walls are quite thin and the windows didn't close all the way.

Second time we been there. Very good stay. The first the experiência wasn’t very good, but this time we realised a good improvement in everything. Thank you very much.

They provide a transfer to the airport, however the driver stopped at terminal 2 and didn’t take us to terminal 3
