A great stayover if you have a long stopover between flights. We arrived at 2 am and used the shuttle. The staff helped us to check in quickly and as one only needs a bed, a hot shower and breakfast before the next shuttle to the airport this is perfect. The hotel was also accommodating and let us do a late check-out.

There was a problem with Booking.com. On the website, I could book a triple room but could not select 3 people. (It was for my husband, my son and myself). I did send a note about this problem to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they gave us a double room - it took some time to explain the issue and we had to pay extra for my son (understandable) and wait for an extra bed to be brought to our room. We also asked for another towel for him that did not arrive. Maybe not the hotel's fault but having to deal with this at 3 am in the morning after a long flight is not pleasant)

The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful to us in organising a taxi along with a late check out. The best hotel employees I have experienced in Brasil. Transport shuttle from the airport was great. Rooms very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, close to the airport, buffet breakfast included.

The free Airport Shuttle times aren’t exact, very slow to get bags into de van and they drop you off far away from your check-in point. I ended up taking a taxi instead. Overall very clean but the shower tiles were dark. Could use a deep clean.

Second time we been there. Very good stay. The first the experiência wasn’t very good, but this time we realised a good improvement in everything. Thank you very much.

They provide a transfer to the airport, however the driver stopped at terminal 2 and didn’t take us to terminal 3

It’s always a very pleasant stay. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. They allowed me to early check-in and late check-out due to my flight at night as an act of courtesy. The food is also delicious.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the wifi

Check-in was quite long, although it was night, and we have been with a baby. There is no drinking water in room.

Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Also the breakfast was delicious and the location was good for having a stroll around, and multiple restaurants nearby.

It was quite noisy during the night/early in the morning, because the walls are quite thin and the windows didn't close all the way.

All were im good order. The staff was extremely friendly and little problems were solved. On another opportunity I intend to be back.
