Easy and efficient check in/out. Staff are generally professional and polite. Front desk staff seemed like the only ones who could converse in English. Getting the shuttle bus from the airport was not complicated. In Terminal 2, take the escalator, between check in areas D and E, down to the ground floor and exit the terminal building. Across the road you will see the parking area for shuttle busses. Wait for the bus and keep an eye out for the bus with the name of the hotel on it. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 1st floor. Lovely breakfast options were available and should be enough to fill one up. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are on the 27th floor. It has a sort of relaxing feel to it with great views. Stayed in room 2005. Generally the property is clean albeit dated. Convenience stores are located about 5 minutes walk from the property. The vibey Poli shopping area is about 12 minutes walk away. Overall, the property offers great value for money.

Further from the airport then expected. Booking.com map - where I booked my stay - showed as it was really close to airport but it was 15 kms away. Airport shuttle bus doesn't run that often so I arrived @ 3pm and had to catch a taxi as next Slaviero bus shuttle was going to be @ 5:30pm and I'd have to wait for 2;30pm - too long to wait with suitcases at the airport, so I caught a taxi to hotel.

Just a little advice, maybe you can send an email with the times for the free transfer from the airport to the hotel, cause for me was a little bit confusing and when i was calling to the hotel i never got a response from you guys. So maybe with the confirmation of the room you can add yhe times and places to get the transfer.

Room was much larger than expected and had a great view over the city. Really close to the centre and an ideal place to stay for a night before flight.

I booked it for the use of the swimming pool but it was rather small. Also, the jacuzzi was closed for cleaning early morning, within the pool opening times, so I couldn't use it before breakfast.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The airport transit was easy. The breakfast was delicious and even had gluten-free options which is something I’ve rarely experienced in Brazil. The room was spacious and the neighborhood was fun with restaurants and bars. Overall an excellent experience. I will deathly stay there again.

Minor details like grouting in bathroom could be redone to make it look fresher and cleaner. But im nitpicking. Also coffee wasn't up to my personal standard, but again thats subjective taste. The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful and the room had everything you needed. If it would suit, i would stay again

The beds are unbelievable cozy. We slept very very good! Showers are hot and have pressure. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and in order. The shuttle worked really uncomplicated every hour from the airport. The reception was very friendly and one of them could even speak english, what was important for us. Thanks for the nice stay :)

I didn´t get the transfer airport-hotel information on the booking email, I think that information should be provided in the confirmation email.

Room was spotless. Very comfortable. The food was delicious and I didn't need to wait too long to receive in my room.

The distance from the airport. I got a little worried and decided to take a uber instead of the transfer offered by the hotel.

Nice and clean. The pool and jacuzzi have a beautiful view of the city. The free airport shuttle was on time and runs very hour.
